Quebec is the largest land wise but Ontario has the most people.

Superman II. You can see it during the scene in which the Phantom Zone criminals are blowing a large section of a Metropolis street over with there super-breaths. The car is on it's roof during that scene and the plate (standard NY 70s orange and blue color, although it's not a NY plate) is upside down. There may be other scenes in the movie when the plate is visible, however the super-breath scene is the only one where I've noticed it.

In the 1600's, beaver hats were popular. Beavers were almost extinct in Europe, but plentiful in North America, also known as the "new world". Some people decided to become fur traders and stay the winter in the new world to get the best beaver furs. They would need a settlement to do so. The last one was set up 60 years ago by Jacques Cartier and it FAILED. The King of France didn't want to pay for ANOTHER settlement, but did want to develop New France. So he granted fur trading right to a guy called Pierre de Monts, in exchange for making a settlement in the new world. He, along with his mapmaker Samuel de Champlain, created a settlement called Port Royal, which, unlike Cartier's, did not FAIL.

Both Quebec and the Cajuns of Louisiana speak English(today). They also both practiced Roman Catholicism. They were both forced to leave Canada<< similarities. Differences- Cajuns had large isolated families which were called "Bayou communities" ..until 1930.
