What unanswered questions remain regarding fixing something that is broken in America?

This is a talking point for all of the politicians in the public view. To me, this is the easiest way to lead people to fear and division. Asking a question does not mean it is logically a really good thing. It has always been true that things can be better and that it takes effort and political will of our Elected Officials to make the laws that improve the processes and procedures. In some cases, they are talking about settled law (abortions), bringing back religion (settled law that government is blind to religion; separation of religion and state), bringing back the old days (without social security, medicare, desegration?), taxes (really more now than ever?) and other topics. Even the best ideas of immigration, migrants, healthcare, budget and military might during an election will probably be unattainable in the reality of the knowledge (and political will) once in the position.

How do you arm pit fart?

Stick your hand under your armpit and close your arm.

The web-like connection between the thumb and index finger should be firmly placed under the arm in a way where air will struggle to pass. Think of it as if you are tryin to grab your armpit but your hand can't reach over your shoudler.

In a swift movement, close your arm. If its not working, reposition your hand accordingly.

Where are the most frequently used files held?

I think you are referring to what is called cache memory. (rhymes with 'cash') Cache is a portion of computer memory reserved for frequently used information, so that the information can be accessed more rapidly than retrieving it from the hard drive, or from the 'regular memory'

Why should I think about a question before saying it?

There are several reasons:
  1. To make sure you phrase the question to ask what you really mean to ask so that you will get the information you are seeking
  2. Sometimes merely thinking about a question and trying to put it into the right words will cause you to discover the answer before you even ask it
  3. Sometimes thinking about a question thoroughly before asking it can direct you to the best way to find the answer, whether it be looking it up, asking someone, or conducting an experiment.
  4. Some questions, by their nature are rude or inconsiderate to ask because of what they imply - such as "Have you always been ugly?" or "When are you due?" (very awkward if the woman is NOT pregnant!)

What conclusions can you draw from this?

Copying in questions without providing their basis makes an accurate answer impossible. Multiple choice questions are only permissible when both the basis and all distractors are completely included in the question (not in discussion, not in the answer box).

What is a constitutional monarchy?

A constitutional monarchy is a form of constitutional government, where either an elected or hereditary monarch is the head of state, unlike in an absolute monarchy, wherein the king or the queen is the sole source of political power, as he or she is not legally bound by the constitution.

The levels and types of power and authority held by the Monarch vary from case to case, as does the nature and guarantees of the constitution, of course.

Most constitutional monarchies have a parliamentary system (such as Australia, Belgium, Cambodia, Canada, Denmark, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom) in which the monarch is the head of state, but a directly or indirectly elected prime minister is head of government.

Although most contemporary constitutional monarchies are representative, constitutional democratic monarchies, they have co-existed with fascist and quasi-fascist constitutions (Italy, Spain) and with military dictatorships.

There is no implication of shared power implicit in a constitutional monarchy. IN some cases, the constitutional monarch is essentially powerless and a figurehead, in others, the monarch enjoys -almost- unlimited power.

The sole distinction in a constitutional monarchy is that the power of the monarch is predicated on constitutional empowerment and limitations.

Who said that only a Kennedy could make Dora the Explorer rhyme?

You're looking for the comedian Brian Regan.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Snb0AetU7qI

Hope that's helpful!

The great oracle, the magic eight ball.

lol idk

I don't think anyone has/would ever said that. Maybe Donkey from Shrek? Or Peter from Family Guy? Or Dora herself, as a dare to viewers? Either way, they'd be wrong.

The show's creators probably think it rhymes. According to Wikipedia, these are Chris Gifford, Valerie Walsch, and Eric Weiner.

I'll further plagiarize Wikipedia:

Rap artist Ludacris made a few references to Dora in his song "Number One Spot", rapping, "Explora Like Dora, those swipers can't swipe me."

He made it rhyme 0_o

If you check out the article, read the References in other media and parodies section.

Just freakin awesome.

*sigh* how do you "star" questions in this thing.

thanks for the laugh!

"Kennedy" as in Kennedy Shickashima?

Do people not know that all religion is a lie that gives you false hope in exchange for money if you conform to societies and Gods rules you will be rewarded magically through your belief?

No. People do not know that. There are elements of magical thinking to religion. And, there are those who use religion as either a lunch ticket, or a lottery ticket. But, there are some religious people who do not fall into either category. I would also like to point out that society's rules and god's rules are totally separate phenomena.

Do Jehovah's Witnesses know that JF Rutherford wrote in Reconciliation 1928 page 14 that the Pleiades is the place of the eternal throne of God?

In astronomy, the Pleiades, or "Seven Sisters", is a star cluster located in the constellation of Taurus; Alcyone being the brightest. It is among the nearest star clusters to Earth and is the most obvious to the naked eye in the night sky. The book "Reconciliation"(published by Jehovah's Witnesses in 1928 - see above) stated: "The constellation of the seven stars forming the Pleiades, APPEARS to be the crowning center around which the known systems of the planets revolve even as our sun's planets obey the sun and travel in their respective orbits."

and went on to say...

"It has been SUGGESTED, and with much weight, that one of the stars of that group is the dwelling place of Jehovah and the place of the highest heavens; that IT [the constellation] IS THE PLACE TO WHICH THE INSPIRED WRITER REFERRED when he said: "Hear thou from thy dwelling place, even from heaven" (2 Chron. 6:21)" -- Book "Reconciliation" pub Watchtower Society 1928 ([all CAPs mine] See the related link "Reconciliation" below for this excerpt.

While it should be noted that the book is concurring with a suggestion¤ it does seem that the Witnesses at the time believed that Ezra (the writer of Chronicles) was referring to this star formation when he spoke about Jehovah's dwelling place.

A related comment indicates Jehovah's Witnesses may well have been referring to the teachings of be Rev Joseph Seiss (D.D) a LUTHERAN Minister (1904- ) See the related link below titled "Seiss."

Whether the Witnesses at the time believed that God literally lived in a star or not, it's clear they correctly ALSO recognized that God is not a human but a mighty spirit creator of all things that exists above and beyond his physical creation. The Watchtower of that same year states:

God is the great Spirit, the Creator of heaven and earth; and his glory and majesty and power are ABOVE earth and HEAVEN. (Psalm 148 : 13)-- Watchtower Feb 1, 1928

God was BEYOND the starry heavens and they worshiped him as the Creator of both heaven and earth. -- Reconciliation p. 11

As time progressed Jehovah's Witnesses gained greater understanding regarding Pleiades and admitted:

Pleiades can no longer be considered the center of the universe and it would be unwise for us to try to fix God's throne as being at a particular spot in the universe. Were we to think of the Pleiades as his throne we might improperly view with special veneration that cluster of stars" -- Watchtower 1953

Jehovah's Witnesses have never hidden the fact that we are a progressive organization that view alterations as evidence of divine enlightenment (see Proverbs 18:4). It is for this reason that we view past mistakes as a positive affirmation of our forward movement and proudly point to changes in the study articles of our magazines. This seems to be one such case.
