What if a rower gets tired while rowing?
They *should* try to suck it up and keep going. But you must answer whether you are merely tired, afraid of physical pain, or the discomfort of being out of breath, or are you approaching the limits of physical exertion. Anything less than the latter, requires you to dig down and give every thing you've got, because unless you are a single sculler, their is 1, 3 or even 7 other people depending on you.
Now, assuming a rower is approaching their physical limits, they will typically start exerting less effort. In order to stay in time at high stroke rates, they will then have to shorten their stroke length relative to the other rowers in the boat. And while they will not be contributing very much, if they are able to keep their bladework clean and keep in time, this is preferable to just giving up and quiting entirely. And in case anyone is worried that I have just divulged the secret for wimping out, don't worry, your coach, and others in the boat will still be able to tell who is not pulling their share.

What is the Name for a long narrow boat?
Generally a long narrow rowing boat (varying from 1 to 8 persons) is refered to as a "rowing shell" or simply "a shell"
What does each seat do in a crew shell is any seat better than the others?
All seats in a boat are extremely important and dependent on each other. Stroke (4 seat) is in charge of setting the pace and the rating for the shell. The rest of the rowers must follow the stroke. If the boat has a cox the rest of the seats are pretty much the same, but some rowers might have personal preference. If the boat doesn't have a cox the bow (1 seat) is in charge of keeping the boat on course and instructing the rest of the rowers on what to do. Bow pretty much takes over what the cox would do. None of the seats are necessarily better but in an un-coxed quad bow and stroke are the most prestigious spots. In anything with a cox, stroke would be considered "best". If the boat is a double, each rower has a different job but both are equally important. In a sweeping boat which seat you row in decides what side you row on.
Taking the question to another level of the sport, except for the seat of the coxswain, the rowers seats are on two rails. With one on each side of the seat, that allows the rower to slide forward and backwards. This increases the strength of each stroke, by the leverage it provides.
Yes. Flexibility is a critical element in good rowing. Hamstring flexibility is key to setting forward body angle out of the finish without bending the knees too early and thus triggering a rush of the slide; flexibility in shoulders and back is key to getting good extension at the catch (without lunging or collapsing in an effort to get more length). Powerful legs and core strength are, of course, also very important, but flexibility is just as important in my view. This is especially true as rowers age and begin to lose length in the stroke, but it's important at any age.
What is the movement for sculling?

I don't know exactly what your question is, but if you are asking what the meaning of this statement is, here goes:
Ask God to make the work easier for you, but you need to put in the effort too!

No it means pray to God if it makes you feel better - but in truth it is a waste of time - it is you that needs to do the work. God will not anwer anyones prayers because he does not exist.
How do your oars make the boat move?
They act as levers. By placing the oar in the water, the resistance then essentially fixes on end of the oar so it cannot move. Then, the gate at the end of the rigger acts as a pivot point to push the boat past this fixed point
Why is coordination in rowing important and how can you improve it?
co-ordination is important because otherwise the boat will tip over
