It means that, either you have really pushed it too hard, or maybe u have used it too much. Have you checked to see if you have plugged it in too the wall or hooked it up right. If you have checked it and every thing seems to be okay, then maybe you need to get another one. They aren't cheap or expensive really. Most peoples RCA 5 disk changers do this. If you go and get another Audio Player, make sure it is a different brand and player ( just in case ) By the way, i have one myself, and that exact thing happens to me.

Depends what you mean. If you have like facebook, twitter or myspace when you type your name into google then it will most likely come up with you account or pictures of you.
If you mean when you go onto a website then no, it won't know who you are unless you type your details in somewhere.

Is there a distinction between the search of a premises and the search of a person?
A "premises" refers to a place, not a human being. Usually it is used to refer to the location used by a specific person who is suspected of committing a crime. Not only that, chances are no real, professional product would call itself "Megadik" and have such a LOVELY ad campaign as: *insert random text here* Have they ever told you this, "Oh my God! Difference between Google and yellow pages?
It it not quite clear for most people what is the difference between Google and yellow pages. Well, Google its the world's biggest search engine, yellow pages its a local business directory. This huge difference seams to be confusing for most of business owners and definitely hurt their online advertising goals. If you are looking to promote your business to a local mass clientele, I don't see why one choose to list it business on a local directory.

It is important to be specific with a search string in Google because Google's Algorithm is word specific when it grades results displayed in Search ENgine Results Pages.
EG. If I am searching for the calories in a slice of stuffed crust pizza from Sbarros, i will get a more targeted result in the SERPS(Search Engine Results Pages) if I use the search "Sbarro's Stuffed Crust Pizza Calories" as opposed to "Sbarro's Stuffed Crust Pizza".
The reason is in the process of elimination. Google returns results based on eliminations so the more queries put forth the more results narrowed down to.
