Is there a distinction between the search of a premises and the search of a person?
A "premises" refers to a place, not a human being. Usually it is used to refer to the location used by a specific person who is suspected of committing a crime. It refers to a specific place identified by address ... example: "the premises at 49 Main Street, Anywhere, Some County, A State" ... which can be anything, a store, house, business place, etc. The search of the premises is the physical location, and it MAY include the humans there.
If there is a search of a person, it is a specified individual human, identified by a name.
A search warrant can be issued for a particular premises and include the humans on that premises if the humans are specifically included in the warrant. Otherwise, the officers administering the search warrant for the premises may not search any persons on the premises unless they believe a crime is in the act of being committed. A search of an alleged "drug house" can include the humans there on the suspicion that the humans are there to use, sell or buy illegal drugs - which would qualify as a "crime in progress" by the person who had the drugs on their person.

I don't know firsthand which type of scam this one is (like hell I'm gonna order from them), but none of those scenarios in my opinion seem very appealing. Don't trust Megadik or ANYONE who advertises through e-mail SPAM. Remember: if it seems too good to be true, it probably is false. Not only that, chances are no real, professional product would call itself "Megadik" and have such a LOVELY ad campaign as: *insert random text here* Have they ever told you this, "Oh my God! Your penis is so small!"?

Difference between Google and yellow pages?
It it not quite clear for most people what is the difference between Google and yellow pages. Well, Google its the world's biggest search engine, yellow pages its a local business directory. This huge difference seams to be confusing for most of business owners and definitely hurt their online advertising goals. If you are looking to promote your business to a local mass clientele, I don't see why one choose to list it business on a local directory.
Why is it important to be specific when you specify a text string in a search?
It is important to be specific with a search string in Google because Google's Algorithm is word specific when it grades results displayed in Search ENgine Results Pages.
EG. If I am searching for the calories in a slice of stuffed crust pizza from Sbarros, i will get a more targeted result in the SERPS(Search Engine Results Pages) if I use the search "Sbarro's Stuffed Crust Pizza Calories" as opposed to "Sbarro's Stuffed Crust Pizza".
The reason is in the process of elimination. Google returns results based on eliminations so the more queries put forth the more results narrowed down to.

I to wondered where this was shot . I knew it wasn't Layton Ave. My girlfriend lived in the apt building at the end of Layton Ave by the sea wall. She owned & we worked at the beauty shop that's now a Chiropractor office (according to Google). Loretta's Pizza place accross the street seems to still be there, although Loretta must be long gone.
