Usually no. If you get it from your house (wireless router for example) or from a restruant (like McDonalds) they won't charge you. But if you use someone else's wireless connection (like another person or some money-grabbing business), they might charge you. If you want to do it for free, do this:
Download "DVDVideoSoft Free Studio Manager" onto your computer. when it is done downloading and installing, go to the icon "MP3 & Audio." You will see a choice that says "Free Youtube to MP3 Converter." Click that and download it onto your computer. Now, you might find that it appeared as an icon on your desktop. It also could have appeared in the "All Programs" file when you click the start logo. when you open up the program, (Free Youtube to MP3 Converter) go to Youtube and pick the song you want. Make sure it is high quality, because some of them are bad quality. I recommend videos from VEVO. Once you have picked the song you want, click it and when the video comes up, copy the URL document and paste into the Free Youtube to MP3 program (You can copy multiple songs, as many as you want.) After you are done adding your songs, click "Download" at the bottom of the screen. After all of it is done downloading, it will say "Downloading was completed successfully." Click OK. Now, this is when you will need a USB cord that connects to your PSP. After you connect your PSP to the computer, go to the start logo and click the "Documents" folder. After that, scroll down the folder until you see a folder called "DVDVideoSoft." Open the folder and click "FreeYoutubeToMP3Converter." When it is opened, you will see all the music you downloaded (Oh yeah, I forgot to mention this. When you connect your PSP to the computer, A program called "Autoplay" will come up. Click "Open Folder To View Files.") After that, click "PSP", then click "MUSIC" create a new folder and name it the artist of the song. For instance, if you have the song "Thriller" by Michael Jackson, you would name the folder Michael Jackson. After that, drag in the song from the download list into the music folder and there you have it. Music on your PSP.

If you want to make the name of your song look neat, right click the song and click "Properties." There will be two tabs: General and Detail. On General, type the real name of your song, then go to "Detail." On "Detail", there will be things like "Title", "Contributing Artists", "Album", "Genre", etc. Fill in all of those properties. When you are done, click "OK", and there you go. An organized music file.

It might if it is soft. The PSP-1000 is thicker than the PSP-2000, with two protruding bumps either side at the back. The PSP-2000 by comparison lies flat at the back, due to the thinner battery. What is the number 1 psp game in the world?
It entirely depends on your skills and how quickly you can adapt to a specific control scheme for a game. Personally though, I'd say that these games are the hardest:
- Monster Hunter Freedom (1 and 2):
This game is about... uhh... being a monster hunter, pretty much. The camera is rather irritating, but once you get used to the control scheme and work out a method of moving the camera quickly and easily, it gets easier. Doing hunting/slaying missions can be hard, depending on what monster it is, because the boss versions are so much smarter than the normal monsters. If any of your friends have a PSP, and the money to get this game (I got it for $20 AU), I suggest you both try out this game on multiplayer via Ad Hoc.
- Killzone Liberation:
Killzone Liberation is a tactical shooter game. The control scheme isn't that hard to memorize, and the game itself isn't actually that challenging either (unless you have trouble with shooting games). The game makes you go into a specific area of a map and see what the enemies do when you walk in. If you die, you do it a few more times and make a strategy. If you just run in and shoot everyone you can, you'll die. A lot.
- WipEout (Pure and Pulse):
Like Killzone Liberation, these games are rather easy. The control scheme is easy to use, and they're rather fun games. If you love hard games, these wouldn't fit you very well, as I only found them hard when you start them up. I don't play many racing games (especially not fast-paced ones) and during the first race, I couldn't manage to get out of last place at all. Its easy to win the races now though, unless you play against some talented friends.
I heard that Ultimate Ghosts and Goblins is also a hard game, but I haven't played it, so I wouldn't really know. Hope you like one of the games I suggested, and have fun!
