How does stress can lead to health problems?
Stress is a bodily response, even if the 'stressor' (thing that is making someone stressed) is a poor relationship or work overload. The reason for this is that modern-day stressors trigger the same response in human beings as being chased by a predator or rival tribe would have done during the days when our evolution was in full swing. Basically, our bodies react to immaterial danger (the threat of losing ones job or being late for work) as though it were material danger, due to or lack of any better response set. The reason this causes disease is that there is a fight-or-flight response which our bodies activate when faced with danger, which tends to suppress other bodily functions which are not condusive to our immediate wellbeing, i.e. our immune system. If we come under constant stress, as we often do in modern life, our immune systems become repressed and we suffer illness.

What are three things that make people mad?
People are pretty simple. Frustration makes most people angry. If you think about all the times when you got mad, you were probably frustrated and not allowed to do something you wanted. Sometimes, people get angry at something they see or hear about that others are doing which is bad - like people getting angry about animal abuse or torture. But mostly it is frustration. However if you're talkin about driving someone crazy then I would say something like paranoia when they think someone is following them or they think random strangers are saying there name-this is quite common with popular names such as amy, emily, stacey, courtney, james, john, paul etc and maybe they can see evil faces everywhere they go.

When teens are stressed, some will listen to music or talk to their friends about it. Friends are good to help them when they are stressed because they are about the same age and have maybe gone through the same thing that they are stressed about. However; some teens are different and choose to take their stress out by doing drugs and drinking and hurting themselves. Instead of harming their body and making bad decisions that could ruin the rest of their lives they should talk it out with a friend or a family member or do other things that they really enjoy to keep their mind off of it and help the stress to go away.
