Does a 1999 Subaru Outback have automatic headlights?
Yes, inasmuch as they turn off when you shut off the engine and remove the ignition key; and the standard daytime running lights come on when you're driving. You have to switch from DRL to headlights with a switch, though - but in my soob I just leave my headlight switch on all the time anyway.

Should you use synthetic oil in your 2011 Subaru Outback?
If I had one I would consider it. Always follow instructions in your owner's manual for selection and maintenance of engine oil.
My personal opinion is that although there may be less wear using synthetic I opt for conventional oil and 3000 or so mile changes. I would rather change more often and remove the accumulated nasty stuff. In 40 years it's been wrecks and rust that have scrapped my cars. Sent lots of good engines to the crusher.

Which fuse controls the fog lights on a Subaru Impressa Outback sport wagon 2005?
Fuses do not control. They are a safety feature that only comes into play when there is a problem and the electrical circuit pulls more power that it was designed to. The fuse sacrifices itself to keep the wires and other electrical components from destroying themselves and possibly starting a fire.
That said, I could not find a picture of your specific fuse panel, but it is the one under the hood. Go open it up. There will be marking on it to tell you which fuse protects the fog light circuit.
How do you fix air conditioning and heating in 2001 subaru outback LL bean?
The question is far too vague for me to give any kind of meaningful answer. Take it to a garage that services Subaru and describe the problem to them. This is a complex system with many parts and one or more of many things could be malfunctioning.

Why is my 2001 Subaru outback reluctant to acclerate when I give it gas?
First off, understand that Outbacks are generally not that speedy. There are a few things you can do. my recommendation is that whenever you buy parts, buy the performance parts. they will give you a bit more power, but will also save on gas.
1. Run Plus or Premium. Regular gas is awful in Outbacks. Premium gives you a noticeable difference in handling.
2. Right before your next fill up, head to the auto parts store and buy a bottle of fuel injector or fuel system cleaner. its about 7 bucks. put it in then get your tank filled. this mixes it and allows it to be in your fuel system for awhile.
3. replace the air filter. if it has been 12,000 miles since you have replaced the filter, it is time for a new one. if you want some extra power, buy a performance filter replacement
4. Change the spark plugs. if your fuel isn't igniting it will result in poor firing and poor gas mileage. i recommend "Pulse Plugs". they give you about ten times the power. Type Pulse Plugs in Google.
5. Change the injectors. this is far more costly than other options, and requires a knowledgeable car mechanic to do it. again, buy the performance ones to save on gas etc.
If it is still sluggish, something else is wrong. always remember though: subaru outbacks are designed to go 5 over the speed limit, anywhere that a road grader has ever been, in any weather condition.
