What is the reference page on a report called?
Generally a reference page is a list of people you have worked with, school or employment that can give you a reference. Generally this page is attached so it can be adjusted to met the needs of the position. Do not put people that you have not spoken with and feel that they will give a good reference. Generally the more related to the position you seek the better the choice in references. Always include a current contact number or E-mail if you can. Some resumes will include the references within the body of the employment history. This is not recommended as it makes itdifficult to edit the information quickly.

What is the same-side interior angles postulate?
Technically this does not exist. Many math texts use it as a shortcut to introduce properties of angles for parallel lines that are cut by a transversal.
It says that when lines are parallel and are cut by a transversal, then the same side interior angles must be supplementary (add up 180 degrees).
Once you say this is a postulate (assumed to be true), then you can prove other things like the Congruent Corresponding Angles theorem that says "If lines are parallel and are cut by a transversal, then the corresponding angles must be conguent."
Some texts do the reverse and say Corresponding Angles is a postulate and then prove Same-Side Interior as a Theorem.
Euclid proved both these using his 5th Postulate (often re-written as the Parallel Postulate or Playfair's Axiom). To do this, he had to prove that the interior angles of a triangle sum to 180. Since many Math Texts do not introduce this fact until later chapters, they take this shortcut of "assume the Same-Side Interior" is true and the remaining theorems are much easier. Another reason Math books may take this shortcut is that Euclid's method is usually done by proof by contradiction - which is sometimes more difficult to understand.
I believe the Khan Academy video of this material is done correctly.

What is the reflection of norm-oriented based assessment?
Process-oriented assessment is based on an observation of behaviors of a task, rather than the quality of the actual completed object. The student will be evaluated for participating and performing certain behaviors, rather than their success or failure. An example of this is participation in archery class. The student gets credit for holding the bow properly and proper stance, rather than if they hit the target.
What is the importance of varied instructional materials?
Applying multiple types of pedagogy creates diversity and spurs interest. This is because singular approaches may not appeal to all learning behaviors. The addition of computers and technology to classrooms is one such as aspect of adopting new approaches to changing demographics.
Quadrilateral with disjoints pairs of consecutive sides are congruent?
This sounds like a kite, but the wording of the question is not clear. Disjoint and consecutive do not seem to go together.
A kite has a pair of congruent sides, which are adjacent, and another pair of congruent sides, which are adjacent.
What are some examples of insight learning?
Look at Kohler's research on the mentality of apes. That will give you an idea. Basically, it tells how chimpanzees in tests, were able to look at a situation with no readily apparent solution, and think about the puzzle, look at what possible tools they have to use, and figure out a way to get to their prize, food. Huamns do this all the time, but this research showed that apes, and sometimes dogs and cats have this insightful learning ability, though it is more developed in apes. Hope this helps! Take Care! I have been researching imvu and discovered that it is bad. It's very inappropriate for all ages. People can have virtual making out, sex, and marriages. It's a horrible thing and I don't recommend it for anyone.
Lots of people on there usually Cyber and Cuss etc... You will usually see lots of inappropriate IMVU shop items if you were to do Peer Review. Then there are people on there who have Nude avatars and Nude pictures. Yeah you could make friends on there, I have, but there are a lot of rude people on IMVU. Then there is nothing but Drama. I used to go on IMVU but now its just boring.
Actually, despite the first answer by someone who has done "research" I am on both sites actually and they are no different as far as appropriateness. On IMVU [Instant Messaging Virtual Universe] You make an avitar and use virtual currency to buy clothes and rooms and things of the like for your account. That virtual currency can also be earned through Partner offers that most of, are COMPLETELY FREE.
Anyone can make friends and create rooms and chat with other people and even join the creatore program to make things for people to buy with their virtual currency. Some actions and clothes and gifts are for VIP subscribers only, meaning you will be rewarded for buying a VIP package. As for sexual and drug themes, a user must verify their age as over 18 and by something called "AP" or Access Pass. Without an Access Pass [$20.00] a person cannot view sexual or drug themed items or actions.
As for IMVU marriages, they aren't serious, it's just a fun thing to make the virtual universe feel more real to the users getting "married". Now I'm sure some people do take it seriously, but that depends on who the person is, and you can't control them. So that doesn't really make IMVU itself bad, just those few peoples decisions to take a virtual world too seriously.

What does non instructional day means?
non instructional day means not a lot of classes happening or the person has a day off, sort of like good friday.
for example; instructional day for students on the 23rd would mean that, they have the day off school or that day there's not going to be a lot of lessons.
non instructional day also can apply to adults, if their work company has a planned non instructional day.
I hope this helped!
