With whom do Arabs have conflict?
Answer 1
Arabs have conflict mainly with terrorism and with Israel. The conflict with Israel is due to the still unresolved Palestine - Israel issues and the continuation of Israel in building more and more settlements in the Palestinian territories.
Answer 2
While it is certainly true, that Arabs have an on-going conflict with Israel, a much larger historical conflict has pitted Arabs against the Turks (who occupied their lands for over 500 years) and the Iranians (who have caused mass turbulence within the Arab States by strengthening Shiites in those states against the Sunni leadership). However, the majority of Middle East conflicts are conflicts between different Arabs either within the same Arab State or between neighboring Arab States.
The Arab internecine conflicts derive from the tribal mentality that is present in Arab States along with repression-based politics. The system as set up in numerous Arab countries, such as Libya and Iraq is that each person has sole loyalty to his tribal leader and not to a national government. As a result, these tribal leaders become their own de facto city states that go to war against each other. Sadr City in Baghdad was the most famous such micro-country. Each tribe promises its members better conditions at the expense of the conditions of a different tribe. As a result, the tribes come into direct conflict.
What has typically happened in Arab National Governments is that one tribe has ascended to power and forcibly represses the other tribes to make good on its promise. This particular case is most visible in Syria where the Alawite Muslims (who make up less than 20% of the country) have ruled with an iron fist since the 1960s and made life terrible for the majority Sunni Muslims (completely without Israeli or Palestinian intervention).
If more Arab countries become like Tunisia, federated states based on the sentiment of national unity, pride, and self-defense, where there is true freedom of religion and freedom of speech there may a great lessening of Middle East Conflicts. It is the deprivation of these identities and rights that results in much of the Middle East conflicts.
Answer 3The Turks occupation was something in the past and finished (although it was not occupation in true means as it was viewed by some as an extension to the Caliphate system). There were no conflicts with the Iranians until the west agitated this conflict between Iraq and Iran to weaken both countries and allowing control over them more easily. It was discovered that the west was supplying weapons to both countries to get war years longer. Did you notice any conflicts inside Iraq before the Western invasion of Iraq? Are their any conflicts in Syria before allowing by the west terrorists from more than 30 world countries to get into Syria and providing them with training and weapons and money? Did you hear about any conflicts in Libya before being attacked by the NATO and US forces? The same holds for Yemen, Tunisia, Sudan, and also Egypt. All these conflicts are Western and US plots against the Arabs in favor of Israel from one side and from the other side to have the control of these countries much easier. In which performance did Achmed the Dead Terrorist first appear?

Have terrorists ever been seen using k98s?
Terrorist and insurgent organizations have used Mauser rifles. One such example would be the Irish Republican Army under Michael Collins, which received shipments of Gewehr 98 rifles from Germany during the First World War. The K98 saw used in the aftermath of the Second World War, in arenas such as the Greek Civil War and the colonial wars in Africa which ensued afterwards. We also captured some K98s (as well as Mosin-Nagants and Lee-Enfields) while I was in Iraq - the rounds they fired performed better at long ranges than the 7.62x39 round the AK rifles use.

How does Pan-Arabism relate to terrorism?
Pan-Arabism has no relation to terrorism. Pan-Arabism is a secular ideology based on Nationalist doctrines and ethnic unity/hegemony. Terrorism (in the Arab World) is based on twisted perceptions of religious concepts like Jihad and Sacrifice for the Faith. The only commonality between these two movements was that they were both proposed in the same time and in the same place, (but by two very different groups of people).

global. terrorism happens all over the world in different places
Second answer:
>Terrorism generally happens on a local scale within a country, so it could be described as a local problem, but there are numerous cases of international terrorism, and the involvement of other countries to prevent or promote terrorism mean that terrorism is a global issue.
Full truth? No. Not until we have several politicians and law enforcement officers in court, answering some hard questions. A Noble Lie just asks the questions.

Why did the taliban initially have the support of the population of Afghanistan?
When all systems of law break down and government seems hopelessly corrupt, people will seek out any group that appears to have a solution to the problems that are causing so much despair. In Afghanistan, the Taliban seemed to be that group. They were perceived as moral and ethical, and they pledged to clean up the corruption and bring a sense of order to the society. The Afghan culture, especially in rural areas, was already very conservative, so the Taliban probably did not seem excessively extreme at the beginning, plus people were genuinely hopeful that the Taliban would improve things.
Of course, the initial support gradually faded, especially when the Taliban proved to be rigid and authoritarian, punitive to girls and women, and unwilling to allow any compromise to their interpretation of Islam. Further, many Taliban were quickly seen as brutal, and some even were involved in the opium trade. In some parts of Afghanistan, support for them remains, but for the most part, they are no longer seen as the answer to the country's problems, the way they were at the beginning of their rule.
