Tamir El-tahir was born on a battlefield in Sudan in 1997, at the age of 3 he bombed his first building and fired an AK-47 at a civilian. He is wanted all over the world, he can be found in Central London at Warwick Avenue. Be careful he is dangerous it would take the whole of the American and British army force to take him down.

He has now become the top 10 for the world's most wanted. There is a huge organisation on a manhunt for Tamir El-Tahir, he is a massive threat to the innocent civilians of the USA and UK. If this terrorist is not stopped then this will lead massive amounts of deaths of young children and adults.

Medical reports show that he has some psychological issues. He has been brainwashed and now believes in too much Illuminati conspiracy theories, these conspiracy theories have now ruined his life, this can be seen when Tamir always states "The new world order is near".

Terrorist is a political term. Such people as those that belonged to the ANC and other political organisations were classed as terrorists, fighting for what they believed was right. If they win then they are no longer terrorists.

Correction... terrorism is a technique of warfare. It is used to instill the maximum fear on a populace, by random attacks on civilians and the military. It has been used by people trying to free their country from oppression (freedom fighters), but has often and more systematically been used by those seeking to continue oppression, e.g. the Nazis or Stalinist Russia. No matter the cause, terrorists are still terrorists even if they "win".

As to who is more evil, it's impossible to answer. Both acts inflict terrible suffering on victims. I still believe though that it is the act that is evil and not the person. Everyone can gain redemption.

Terrorists use explosives and demonstrations to prove a point. Each terrorist group has it's own beliefs and methods to accomplish their goals. For example Eco-Terrorist groups sabotage equipment and chain themselves to trees to prevent bulldozing. Religious Extremist groups often use high explosives, suicide bombers, theft, vandalism, and kidnapping in order to finance and further their cause. All terrorist groups use guerrilla tactics in order to function, which means they hide among the public and do not wear any specific uniform often.

These attacks targeted civilians in Israeli towns across the border. The PLO was formed in 1964 and began to coordinate similar attacks against Israeli civilians in the next few years.

As to why they turned to terrorism, the Palestinian militants did not have resources large enough or extensive enough to actively challenge the Israeli military so they decided that the better way to attack would be to target Israeli civilians.

Terrorism usually targets all or anyone of a given group, irregardless of who may get hurt. Terrorist actions are often taken without seeking other means of resolving a situation or righting a wrong; sometimes terrorist actions are taken to advance an individual's or group's political agenda both domestic or international.

Examples of terrorists with a personal agenda would be Ted Kazynski, the Unibomber; Tm McVey, the Oklahoma City bomber; the person who sent the anthrax letters in 2001. These are classified as domestic terrorism.

This question is predicated on a number of implied preconceptions, not the least of them is that terrorism and religion -- particularly Islam -- are directly interrelated. And this is far from a given, as it appears the roots of actual, on-the-street "terrorism"lie more in the realm of sociology than theology.

Any disenfranchised minority sect will inevitably feel anger and detachment. This has been documented with the Mennonites and Amish of the USA, who also harken to a prior time and a culture not in synch with modern mores and customs, and it also appears to happen with the Salafi. Oddly, both Mennonite and Amish cultures/religions maintain extremely strict tenets against physical violence, and so you don't see these groups acting in a way that today's de rigueur definition of terrorism would allow. Salafiyya is not so constrained. And, as with any doctrine which seperates, violence is always a looming specter.

I wish to re-state that I do not necessarily believe or intend to convey that Salafiyya either strengthens terrorism nor is inherently violent. I only answer, hypothetically, that IF Salafiyya does in fact strengthen terrorism, this is the summarized how and why of it.

Financial warfare is a concept that a nation can push its adversaries or mount an attack on the economy of enemy countries by using trade and investment instruments.

In an article by Noah Shachtman 'US Could Use Crisis to Wage 'Financial Warfare' published on March 16, 2009, the writer says that "...a small group of academics and Pentagon policy-makers believe that the U.S. could benefit from the financial havoc.

With economies around the world on edge, they argue, a weakened-but-still-gargantuan USA has new opportunities to pressure adversaries through the strategic application of market trades and bank transfers. They call their theory "financial warfare."

In another example of the use of this phrase, a 2007 article by Paul Bracken, published on the Foreign Policy Research Institute website says that, "The U.S. is increasingly using financial warfare to punish international actors, blocking the overseas bank accounts of North Korean, Iranian, and Russian companies involved in illicit activities such as nuclear and conventional weapons proliferation. Attacking the funding of terrorist groups is a core strategy for dealing with this threat."

It is the ultimate act of evil to target innocent people for the reason that they are innocent.

There is a concept in war called collateral damage. Sometimes when you are trying to kill the enemy, you miss and accidentally kill innocent people. That is one of the unavoidable risks of war. I could also ask you, why did the government of Afghanistan in 2001 support a terrorist attack against the United States? Violence generally leads to more violence. Innocent Americans were killed, now innocent Afghans are being killed. The human race is a violent species.

(reply) Actually the US has very clear evidence that the terrorist attack of Sept.11th, 2001, was organized by Osama bin Laden who was at the time the minister of defense of the Taliban government of Afghanistan. In addition the Afghanistan government refused to extradite bin Laden to the US following the attack (offering instead to arrange for him to be tried in Afghanistan by an Islamic court, meaning that the terrorists get to try themselves). Bin Laden himself has subsequently admitted his role in the 9/11 attack, in a whole series of video-taped interviews, in which he also threatens further attacks against the western world. There is no question about his guilt or that of the Taliban government to which he belonged, and no point in trying to deny it now, when even bin Laden himself doesn't deny it.

Poverty is clearly a huge problem for the planet. However, I don't think that we know yet if poverty directly causes terrorism. Few terrorists seem to be poor; on the contrary, terrorists themselves seem to be well-educated and middle class. Indeed, to quote Susan Rice, "if poverty spawns terrorism, there should be a lot more terrorism in the world." In fact, for the first time in a very long time, not only is the percentage of poor people in the total world population falling, the sheer number of poor people is actually falling, thanks to the best ever policy performance on average by developing countries. But terrorist attacks don't seem to be declining.
