Hezbollah does much more posturing than actual fighting, but if we use the 2006 Israel-Hezbollah War as an example for the tactics used by the paramilitary arm of Hezbollah we can see several general types of tactics. The primary means that they use to "attack" are raids on target facilities or positions and imprecise missile launches into enemy cities (often resulting exclusively in civilian casualties). Hezbollah never engages in forwards assaults or open marches. The majority of Hezbollah encounters with the enemy are defensive. They hide in civilian Lebanese villages, commandeer civilians' homes, and fight in plainclothes. Their primary strategy is to manipulate the Rules of Engagement in their favor. What this means is that they know that the Israeli military has strict orders to not fire on enemy civilians, so they use them and their property as cover. It is a particularly sickening idea to value the death of your enemy over the lives of the civilians you live with, but this is the core aspect of the Hezbollah Paramilitary policy.

This is a grey area. You could make a convincing argument to either support "Yes" or "No", depending on what aspects of the Taliban you choose to highlight. If you focus on the Taliban's fights against the Soviet and American invasions, you could claim that the Taliban was anti-colonial. If you focus on the way that the Taliban ruled, by implementing a very strict reading of Shari'a Law, the Taliban are more easily viewed as a Reactionary local movement responding to the Westernization attempts of previous Afghan monarchies -- not colonizers.

A Terrorism related disaster can be considered as an incident that causes widespread damage to human lives and property which is caused by a terrorist attack. Ex: the Sep 11th attack on the WTC and other places in USA can be considered a terrorism related disaster.

Wherever there was booty to be taken, ships to be boarded, coastal towns to be terrorized (for blackmail money) or wenches to be shanghaied.
