Can I talk to my son who has passed away?

From a Biblical standpoint, right now, no. The dead are not conscious as mentioned at Ecclesiastes 9:4-10 and Psalms 146:4. However, Jesus promised the he was the resurrection and the life. (John 11:25) This account of Lazarus, in John chapter 11, shows the Jesus has the power and the desire to raise our dead loved ones. There are also promises of a resurrection at John 5:28,29; Acts 24:15 and Revelation 20:12,13. So, Biblically, you will be unable to contact him right now, but there is hope that he will live again in the resurrection and it will be possible to interact with him at that point.

What is the way you see reallife if you are dead or a ghost or a zombie that eats apples but not green ones because if you eat green ones you will go to a second afterlife speaking of which?

As far as we humans know, zombies do not exist, along with ghosts. Though, they could be real, but even so, how is it possible to know if they eat green apples? i think you should also try formatting your question differently because you asked the most confusing question ever.

Anyways, if you, in general, eat a green apple, you will not go to a second afterlife. According to Christianity (which isn't proved correct, in case your awkward question was asking this), a good life leads you to heaven while a bad life leads you to hell. No clue if its true.

Speaking of which about a second afterlife, who knows if you can die there by eating green apples. Well, you can't die from green apples unless you are in some way allergic to them....

You also seemed to ask how zombies and ghosts see real life (or if you are just dead, which in that case you don't see a thing) and although they do not appear to be real and most likely aren't, we can guess and come accurately close.

Zombies: Big bulging eyes on these probably allow them to see well. But because of their appearance, it may result in color loss. And they might be blind due to everyone's belief in their walking form.

Ghosts: Ghosts apparently float, and invisible. May result in color loss and height different, although most likely color loss.

That may or may not be close to any answer you were searching for, and if not, try typing the question differently or separately.

What is the jewish view of afterlife?

Judaism doesn't dwell heavily upon what happens when we die; and there's little mention of this subject in the Tanach (Jewish Bible).

Concerning what happens after death, it has been said that:

* When we die, our souls are cleansed of any wrongdoings. We must give an accounting of every action done in life. It's believed that this process takes no longer than 12 months but most people don't do enough bad in life to warrant it taking a full 12 months.

* Our souls return to God to wait for the world to come.

* Our souls may be reincarnated into different people so that we have additional chances to work to become closer to God.

* Those souls that choose to be truly evil in life, cannot survive the process of cleansing and cease to exist.

Answer:The soul continues to exist and is treated in accordance with the person's actions while he/she was alive. This is one of the central beliefs of Judaism, as codified by the Rambam (Maimonides).

The afterlife is detailed at length in the Talmud. A full 20 pages of Talmud (Sanhedrin 90-110) are given to this subject. The afterlife is also referred to briefly in Torah (Bible) verses such as Genesis 15:15, which states that "You (Abraham) will come to your fathers in peace and will be buried in good (ripe; full) old age." This does not mean merely to be buried with one's forefathers, since Abraham was not buried with them. Such verses are stated many times.

The prophets are more explicit with such references (such as Isaiah 26:19, Daniel 12:13).

Where are ghosts most likely to haunt you in their afterlife?

When a person dies, their spirits can stay in the area they died in. if you go in the area a person died in, you might encounter their spirit.

"In your imagination" is likely a better answer if you don't believe in ghosts.

Does life begin and end on earth?

Well, that is debated, but for biological life, as far as we have observed, yes. However, a physicist can tell you that the physical world is an illusion, in a very real sense, and so--speaking to the category this question is under--a spiritual life must be considered for its validity. In that context, you are essentially asking if there is a God; and the best answer might be that those who have dedicated their careers to the physical world--physicists--seem to think so.

Did Cleopatra kill her slaves for the afterlife or not?

No. It is a very sad scene in the movie version of Cleo. The beautiful Queen is lying in State in the Palace or some mortuary temple ( very afterlife-conscious the Egyptians had mortuary temples rather like modern funeral parlors or chapels) this may have been undergrounds. Aides, certainly not slaves are preparing the cremation fires- as Cleopatra was Greek, this was the standard mode of disposal of the dead. One or two- it"s usually two of her Ladies In Waiting ( most definitely not Slaves, these are Palace aides to Queens or Princesses- and by definition they would at least be of Countess rank) committed suicide by falling on swords or spears, or something involving edged weapons. Evidentally the dead Ladies in Waiting were then cremated with the sad Queen. How much of this is historically accurate we don"t know, tney were Ladies in Waiting, certainly not slave girls! There is a still photograph of Liz laid out and the Ladies appear to be acting up- it is sometimes dubbed (The Wake of Cleopatra).

How can you improve your standing in the afterlife?

Here are a few non-denominational examples.

1) When you do something of which God would approve, such as being pleasant to people or avoiding sin, do it for His sake, not just because it's proper.

2) Try to avoid cursing, shouting at people, and acting out anger.

3) Think about God. Think also about all that He has done for you.

4) Consider the infinite wisdom and vast detail that God has placed in every leaf, every cell, every organ.

5) Each day, try to go beyond your level of convenience at least once. This could mean helping someone, or not responding to some irritation, etc.

6) Do not get mindlessly swept up in popular culture. It is addictive with its exaggerated sexuality, its time-wasting games and entertainment, and other meaningless things.

What do Reform Jews believe about life after death?

Jewish beliefs on the subject of life after death are varied. The tradition teaches that the dead will be resurrected, the righteous will be rewarded and sinners will face justice, but it but gives no detail. Judaism on the whole teaches that we should focus on this life rather than on the world to come, and Jews are frequently puzzled by the way Christians seem to obsess on Heaven, Hell and some kind of salvation in the afterlife. This means that, in general, regardless of the stream of Judaism from which a person comes, privately held beliefs about the world to come are not seen as crucial. Reform Jews generally tend to take what the tradition says as more likely to be allegoric than factual, but like other Jews, individual beliefs range from skepticism to firm belief that there is an afterlife.

Why do people love life more than the afterlife even if they believe that the afterlife is much much longer than this life?

Humans know that this life is certain. Even believers know, deep down, that the afterlife is really a matter of faith. Why give up enjoyment in this life in the mere hope of a more glorious afterlife. Furthermore, many religious people are confident of their reward in the next life, while others believe there is little they can do to change their destinies.
