Does cigarette tobacco show up on a drug test how long does it stay in your system you have a drug test Friday but the only thing you've done is smoke cigsHELP?

It really depends on the urine test your taking. If your doctor gave you a urine test for adhd or something like that i would think it wouldn't show up but I'm not a genius who knows everything about smoking and urine test. But if it was for drugs then I'm pretty sure NICOTINE would show up on the test. I think nicotine is out of your system in a day or so.

What types of smokeless tobacco have sugar in it?

yes there is. about 10%.

This is why when you you pack in smoking you have a need to eat sweets, it has caused a blood sugar low and helps keep you addicted.

Also it hides the taste of the nicotine which is NOT addictive.

Have you ever heard of anyone addicted to Nicotine patches? I think not...

An interesting point. According to studies, the long term quitting success rate of nicotine patches can be as low as 1.6%, yet it is promoted as an 'effective' means of quitting smoking. (Would you use a condom as an 'effective' means of birth control and protection if it split 98% of the time?)

The 'experts' are currently debating whether sugar is addictive and whether it has any relevance to obesity.

Should tobacco companies be responsible for their customers actions?

They do not have any responsibility for their customer because the customers made the decision to smoke. So since they want the tobacco they can take everything that comes with it. People hear about tobacco uses and how they affect your body but apparently they don't listen so they can not hold any tobacco company responsible for deaths or and diseases that come with smoking.

I agree with the above whole heartedly. They are selling a legal product, and the buyer should be accepting all the liabilities associated with that product, or not buy the product in the first place. An analogy to this scenario ... I buy a lawnmower from Frimfratz Company, and it accidentally cuts off my big toe ... so Frimfratz Company is then responsible for everyone that loses their big toe? Hardly.

Do they ask for id for buy tobacco?

Yes. Most states have a requirement that anyone selling or distributing tobacco products must ask for proof of age if someone looks like they are under a certain age. For example, in Tennessee, they have to ask for an ID if you look like you are under the age of 27. In some states it is under the age of 35.

Why was it so much cheaper to grow tobacco in the New World than in Europe?

The Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement in 1998. The 4 biggest tobacco manufacturers(T.M.) settled with all 50 states to avoid medicaid lawsuits and future liability. T.M. agreed to pay a minimum of 200+ billion over 25 years because of deceptive marketing, hiding evidence of the negative effects of cigarettes and health care costs due to smoking.

The Original producers were afraid if newer producers didn't have to pay the settlement, It would unfairly benefit them because of higher potential for profit. The agreement was amended so subsequent tobacco producers would have to join the agreement or else they could not get a tax stamp allowing them to be sold in the state

This in turn caused the increasing rise in cigarette prices. People will continue to pay the rising costs of cigarettes. Not sure why pipe tobacco is so much cheaper but a bill has been introduced to tax all tobacco at the same rate.

Tobacco is a versatile drug; it can be smoked, chewed, or snorted in the form of snuff. The gross thing about chewing tobacco (not counting the addictive and carcinogenic properties) is that you chew it and then spit it out, you don't swallow it. It is somewhat disgusting to see someone spit out a wad of brown gunk. In places where this happens a lot, people have (or used to have) a special container for people to spit into, called a spittoon.
