I work for TSA in Baltimore (BWI). There are several employees that sign. However, Tsa is not required to have people that speak every language or assist with "special needs". You may ask for assistance when you arrive at your airport, especially with your airline. They can have someone assist you all the way to your gate. Remember TSA is there for security.

In many many places, security measures are applied in depth, starting even before the airport perimeter itself and usually involving the countries national security services.

While the TSA focuses on airport security rather than enforcing warrants, it is possible that they may alert law enforcement if they discover a felony warrant during their screening process. However, solely having a felony warrant from another state is not likely to result in detainment by the TSA.

You are agreeing to allow the scan in exchange for using the TSA's airport and they are agreeing to stare at your naked body in exchange for declaring you a safe passenger. The body scans are also legal from a personal privacy standpoint because you wave your right to personal privacy in exchange for using the airport. Since usage of the airport is not a right, the government and the airport administrators can place any restriction they so choose on the usage of the building.

It would only be a violation if the scan was in plain view of the public and only if viewing the scans were NOT a condition of accessing the building and would only be actionable by the people viewing the scanner image not the person being viewed.
