In UFC undisputed 2009 how do you sprawl against a takedown?

If you hold the right stick toward you (your fighter), you'll automatically sprawl. If they struggle to take you down, mash the face buttons. If someone is trying to slam you, hold the right stick in the opposite direction. For example, If I try to pick up slam you by using LB+Right Stick <-, you'd hold RS -> to counter, which transitions into a guillotine attempt (high success rate I should add). Finally, if they shoot as you're punching, kicking, or catch a kick, it's an auto takedown. If you have 360 add me and I can help you out more, just let me know who you are when you send an invite. Why do MMA fighters have so many defeats?

This is not an MMA vs Boxing post, its simply my honest opinion. Elite MMA fighters do compile the tremendous records that elite boxers do for several reasons.

1.The versatility of the sport is much greater. In boxing the winner is usually (duh) the better boxer. In MMA the winner could be the better boxer, wrestler, kickboxer, bjj player, etc depending on where the fight winds up. More overall surprises.

2.Its a newer sport and a smaller community. MMA fighters encounter each other and fighters they have each fought more often than boxers.

3. Less record protecting. You don't see top guys in mma getting as many fights with nobodies as boxers (not saying that it doesn't ever happen).

When is UFC Fight Night in Tampa?

UFC Fight Night in Tampa, set to be headlined by Joanna Jędrzejczyk vs. Michelle Waterson, will take place on Oct. 12, 2019 at 7 p.m. CDT. The prelims start at 4 p.m. CDT. The entire event will stream live on ESPN+.

The main event, if it occurs, will be a compelling affair. Jędrzejczyk, the former Women’s Strawweight Champion who holds the title’s record for most successful defenses, is returning to the strawweight division after a failed bid at the Women’s Flyweight Championship; Waterson, known as "The Karate Hottie," is riding a 3-fight winning streak and looking to put herself in title contention. Both stand to enter title contention with a win on Saturday.

The fight is in jeopardy, however. Jędrzejczyk recently informed the UFC that she can’t make the 116-pound strawweight limit, and Waterson’s camp is refusing to meet her at a catchweight. While talks are still ongoing, the UFC is considering cancelling the bout and pushing Cub Swanson vs. Kron Gracie into the main event slot.

Swanson vs. Gracie is quite the interesting matchup. Gracie, whose family developed Brazilian jiu-jitsu, is undefeated in his 5-fight MMA career. In the leadup to the fight, Swanson, a black belt in jiu-jitsu, said jiu-jitsu trainers turned him away because he’s fighting a Gracie. Boasting a 25-11 record, "Killer Cub" looks to end a 4-fight losing skid against the young prodigy; Gracie, meanwhile, can turn even more heads by tapping out the established featherweight star.

Why don't fighters fight closer to walking around weight?

Fighters tend to cut off alot of weight to fight because it would give them a certain size advantage. After a weigh in, most fighters rehydrate and gain a few pounds back, so some lightweights would probably come to the night of the fight weighing over the limit.
