Depends. What site are you using to get the ISO from? I recommend coolrom.com. It has the ISO right there in the folder and also. Are you using 7-zip to extract the files into a folder? Explain more like what game you're trying to play, Which version, etc.

No. Snes9x only plays SNES ROMs. You would need another emulator, such as Nestopia, to play NES games.

Now that is a good question. Xbox360(c), not legally. You'd have to find the people working on such a project to get that accomplished. A N64(c) emulator system is available for the original Xbox(c) though. Youtube and Google are you're friends on this matter.

You don't with an emulator you might have the skills needed to set up and be able to play on a PC, but not on an iPad. An iPad would not even meet the PCSX2 minimum requirements for the emulator program
