And white for York because Henry Tudors wife Elizabeth of York, before they loved each other fought for York. And when they married they brought, the two of the colours together and the Tudor rose was born.

I looked up Tudor rose in Google Image Search, and by my count, it actually has 5 lines of symmetry. Each line starts from one of the tips and cuts the rose in half. It is similar to a regular pentagon.

I believe there was a television mini-series along the lines ( but much earlier in period) of say- The Six Wives of Henry VIIi) about the Wars of the Roses ( plural of wars used) at any rate the British toy manufacturer, Britains, tooled up some plastic knights with appropriate insignia, armor, etc for both sides- and these had marketing that suggested ( trick wide-angle typography- almost like Chitty-Chitty-Bang-Bang) some sort of media impulse- I believe it was a British (Telly) (TV to us) series or mini-series based on this series of conflicts. Not known if it was shown in US, then Davy Crockett would"t go over well, in say, Blackpool, London.

Furniture In rich Tudor houses they would have lots of furniture. they would use mainly oak which was heavy and massive. beds were feather. they had chairs but they were very expensive so not all of the children could sit on them neither could the servants.

Rich people had windows in their houses but these were extremely expensive so no poor people had proper glass windows. Tudor windows were made of small pieces of glass and were held together by lead.

in wealthy Tudor houses the walls were lined with oak to stop a draft coming in. People slept in four poster beds. people had wallpaper on their walls but only very few. other people hung tapestries or painted cloths on their wall. people also had carpets but because they were so expensive they hung them on the walls instead of on the floor. people covered the floor with rushes, reeds or straw. once a month the floor covering was changed. they also lit their rooms with beeswax candles.
Outside
The rich lived in country mansions which were often in H or E shapes. Tudor people were very fond of their gardens. many people had mazes, fountains and hedges cut into shapes. Windows became the main features to a Tudor house. Rich houses were made of brick or stone and tiles. The upper storeys of a Tudor house were often larger than the bottom floor and had a jetty.

Henry VII called his first son Arthur because of his weak claim to the throne. It was propeganda due to the Tudor's (Tewdwr's) Welsh origins. When the Vikings invaded England the Britons were pushed into Wales and they supposedly rallied under King Arthur. The myth goes that the Britons would once again rule the Britain and so the choosing of the name Arthur is in memory of the mythical King. This is just one part of a large propeganda campaign by Henry VII after Bosworth to gain support.

To me, i think war should stop but if we didn't fight back to the Germans in 1931 and kept fighting tilll 1945 well lets say England we would of been speaking German And The Nazis would of taken over the world etc etc etc..

but the thing is people fight to prove a rights and most war are started because of Religious and beliefs about God, or people who are a bit insane in the head example Adolf Hitler, the reason why he had full control over the Germans and starting a war was because of WW1 after the German's once again got defeated. and they left a mess to England, and any other places they they attacked the country's they attacked ordered Germany to repay for the damage they did which left Germany bankrupt which left Germany in a mess so Hitler came a long and basically took over Germany because what did Germany have to lose? so yeah :L

even though i got carried away from the question but there is many reasons why people start war. Religious, Land, Money, Cultures, There So Many..
