Although they are made specifically for each browser, the most common needs & popular utilities can be found for all browsers.

I found an uninstaller that gets rid of it at www.ntsearch.com/usage this worked, but it appears to be installed with Kazaa. When I uninstalled it Kazaa would no longer work (said part was uninstalled) but at least I know where the culprit is :) p

Two days I got NT SEARCH problem and at the same time couldn't display many pages due to windows/system32.shdocl.dll/ dnserror.htm .I am not sure if these two problems were connected but Lava ad-aware and anti virus didn't help. I solved both problems by using xp system restore to some previous date and now everything is ok. p.s. Instead of using risky Kazaa it's better to switch to no-ads Kazaa Lite .

the virus process is mslti32.exe. a search reveals it also called x-bot. I disabled it editig the registry and removing the only instance i could find of it, it was in the explorer toolbars. on my system i could find yet the executable.

I had the same problem. It also made many pages in the explorer to look blank.

Deleting a file called SP (without recognized icon) in the Kazaa default download dircetoy solved the problem with this annoying virus!!

I tried System Restore for XP, and it didn't work for me. Perhaps the virus set in at an earlier date than I could restore to! D'oh! Will try the NT Search site to remove it, hopefully that works. I also get the dsn ll error, and "Operation Aborted" windows a LOT! If they are unrelated, does anyone know how to remove them? :'(

Blimmin annoying!! Keeps popping up i don't know where from. Have read these messages and did go to the site and uninstalled. All is go. YAY!! I also had the "SP' file showing up when i did "alt,ctrl, delete" it showed up as running in the background. Have also found that it came back after visiting a song lyric site, and winmx, that now is not working for me. Otherwise, do uninstall it.

This can be done in three steps:

Step 1 : kill sp.exe process running

Step 2 : delete sp.exe from c:/

Step 3 : remove from registry every instance of sp.exe

There is no big difference between the two. Cached site is a copy of your site which search engines have in their server, based on which your site is ranking in the SERPs of that search engine.

If you have modified your site, once the search engine spiders will craw your site the copy will be changed on the server of the search engines and be replaced with the new copy (i.e. your modified version)

Also there are companies online who will add your website/blog URL (address) to search engines such as Google,Yahoo and many other for free and also there is paid services.You pay a small fee per year and they will add your URL to many search engines online.Try Scrub The Web,they do free submissions of your site(you click the link which search engines you want to add your site to and you see it happen before your eyes)So you know your site is being submitted.Also Scrub The Web do a six month membership where you can submit to many more search engines.And there is no limit to how many times you can log in and use this paid service.Its 79 Dollars Us dollars for six months but its really worth it.And many websites Do end up getting indexed by Google and Yahoo and M.S.N which is important if you want your website to be found online and read.So search engine submission DOES work!

The title of the topic or article on the website is in italics. The website is not in italics. For example, say I went to the website Fix.com to find the article How to fix leaking oil. Fix.com is listed first, then year (or n.d.) for the article, then would come the title of the article How to fix leaking oil,then the retrieval and website information. This assumes no author is named in the article.

Click on Tools -> Options -> under Main -> Downloads section has a option which says "Save files to". Her click on browse and select the folder location where you want the download files to be saved. I checked it in version 2.0.0.9 on Mozilla Firefox. I think it should be same even in previous few versions.

Who the hell still uses vista? get a better browser, such as chrome, or firefox. or opera. there are also several other browsers which are better options than netscape.

Or you could just use IE. not that i recommend it but at this point it's better than netscape
