I'm 16 years old and have been frequently going to the gym for about 4 months. I currently do squats with 17kgs. I think its more important to have the right technique, rather than 'load up'. Things like widening your stance, and deepening your squats will give you a more intense workout.

Not in the long term. I'm 14 and i weigh 135 to so we have something to relate lol but i play foot ball so I'm sure of my limits. i can bench right around 100-120 but if your UN athletic then i would suggest 85-100 any were in that rang if that's too hard then work your way down. Also if your thinking about making this a daily thing don't work the same muscles 2 days in a row and balance out your weight distributions so your not to buff on one side. one last thing is that muscles atrophy in 72 hours so that means they begin to shrink so my suggestion is if you plan on making a habit then bench and do squats one day and work on your lower body the next. ohhh yeah don't do sit ups first cause alot of exercises use your stomach to lift so work on those last...

Well it all depends on what you want to do. If you want to just get strong then you can consume as many carbs as you want as long as you eat some protein. But if you do it this way you be very large but also strong. If you want to look cut then you want to keep a low carb diet and eat alot of protein.

It depends how mature the 13 year old is, but at this age a lot of growing is happening, and the bones tend to be softer, so i would recommend lifting not heavy weights for muscle mass but more lighter weights for muscle tone.
