Why does your car shakes at low speed 15mph-30mph even after alignment and balancing?

there are several things that can make it shake.

bad wheel bearings will do it. jack up the front and hug the wheel, and try to jiggle it. if there is any noise, or movement, they need to be replaced.. (note.. this will only work if the bearing is through the bushing in the hub, if it is not, the bushing will take up the slack, and you wont be able to hear or feel it.)

warped brake rotors will also do it. (jack up the car, and give each wheel a spin.. ..slowly.. you will see if it is rubbing. sometimes you can hear it too.. )

sometimes.. you can bend a rim, not so much the side to side, but the up and down, thinking of a warped record, where it still lies perfectly flat, and the wheel will align right, but like that record, the needle goes side to side like crazy... that wheel will too. it will make it shake.

also sometimes, and this is rare, but you can bend a drive shaft, or a half shaft, and it will also make it shake. cv joints going out will also make a slight shake, but you will hear it also.
