The arrogance of programmers to presume everyone wants everything to load during startup makes configuring many programs difficult.

But working within the programs to control their startup behavior is preferable to using MSCONFIG.

Whenever possible, when installing a program, rather than using the default, choose the Advanced installation method and control where and when your program installs/ loads.

I think you need to crack your disc you can find the crack in your installer disc..

How?

1.first open your installer CD gta4

2.find the folder the name of folder is crack

3.if you find the crack folder open it

4.copy the icon of gta4 that you see in crack folder

5.and go to your gta4(install first your gta4)

6.open the folder of your gta4 if you already install it

7.paste the crack...

Not per say... There is some software that does this, but it is not easy to do. MIDI is what you get when you take the music recorded from each instrument and put each instrument into a track. The tracks are then put together in one list and from there they can be played separately, muted, deleted, etc. When you have an mp3 or ogg or any file type, they take all of those tracks, or channels, and mash them into two channels, left and right.

If you have a solo, it will be easier for the software to "see" the notes and make the MIDI for, but if you have many instruments playing at once, it will be very confusing for the software.

you put in a windows xp CD and install it as you would any other operating system. For an old low powered laptop, the toshiba 4300 handles xp very well.

Providing the minimum specifications are met by the laptop, I.E you have an adequate amount of memory and hard drive space, you'll find that this very basic and poorly built machine will hold it's own against later notebooks.
