Very much depends on the method of encryption used and the level of expertise of the user with the admin account.

For example it's possible to setup a master user account that would have access to all encrypted files in other uses home directories. Unless of course they used a second party method of encryption. Then they would simply appear as encrypted files and the user, regardless of admin privileges would be unable to open them.

I would need more details on the situation to truly answer your question in in general terms, assuming windows, it's possible yes.

I don't know the answer to this but I am curious as to why you would bypass the fastest way there is to do this.

try turning the PC in safe mode and turning off the Internet connection then go to control panel and search for something that says uninstall or change programs then a list of all your installed software will show up then just search Norton safety minder and uninstall it (it worked for me :D)

If it's buffering, it's because the rate at which you are downloading from YouTube is slower than the rate the video plays at. This means you cannot watch it right away; it needs to download some of the video in advance.

They are two completely different languages: with actionscript 3.0 it is more of a regular programming language.With actionscript 2.0, it is easier (in my opinion) because you don't have to refer to your movieclips and buttons and such in the actionscrpit, like you have to do in 3.0.
