This is likely a fairly disharmful related problem. It can though deal with enumerable possibilities. I nearly always recommend for one to review what has recently been downloaded and verify that no unwanted changes have been made, if so it could be malware. It is probably though the effect of a secondary program such as: Multiple windows, Remote Desktop, mixed settings, etc. Largely attempts to turn off the computer may help as it removes all user activity and stops the current programs that are running. If the problem persists yet you see still no activity of malware it is possible the actual Registry has been changed for the display. If so you may respond.

To install the sound recorder in Windows XP you must have the Original Windows XP installation disc.

Step 1. Insert disc into your disc drive
Step 2. Open a command prompt by typing "cmd" (no quotes) into the run box.
Step 3. Navigate to the Disc \ i386 sub-directory... (example D:\I386) then press enter
Step 4. type (no quotes): "expand sndrec32.ex_ c:\windows\system32\sndrec32.exe"

It likely needs to be formatted. Most MP4 Players need to be formatted to FAT32 (or FAT16). If you format them to NTFS in Windows XP, they may show you an error that indicates no free space (which would require a FAT32/16 reformat to remedy).

Service Pack 2 (SP2) was released on August 6, 2004 after several delays, with a special emphasis on security. The most basic point is that CCE can prove to be dangerous because students will take studies casually. If there won't be any competition all students won't study sincerely. Our education system needed improvement but such a random change would never help instead it will do the opposite. If the same system would have been introduced gradually it would have been better. Right click on Autorun/Setup file, one clicks to launch the installation, click on properties > Compatibility > Choose Widows XP Service Pack 2/ Windows Vista SP 1> and also click Run as administrator.

If a system is on 24-7, scheduling defragmentation for off-hours means there is less activity on the computer, thus less disk access and no one running applications whose performance might be affected.

DirectX is not about your operating system but it's about video card you have. Video cards available today support DirectX 11 and as far as you have drivers for such video card your will support DirectX. Make sure that you update DirectX.
