If an employer was aware of a medical condition and terminated your employment because of behavioral issues connected to the medical condition does the employee have any recourse?

If you feel you may have cause for legal action, you should consult an attorney qualified to review the full details of your case.

Generally speaking, unless you requested a reasonableaccommodation and the employer failed to provide one for you, you have no recourse. The fact that your employer knows you have a medical condition is not the same as notice that a reasonable accommodation is required. It is your responsibility to request an accommodation.

If you did request an accommodation, you may face difficulty proving it was reasonable. ADA rules have recently become much more friendly to mental disorders as a disability eligible for protection, however, accommodations must still be reasonable. If it was unreasonable for the employer to allow you to act as you did, then you again have no recourse.

This is an exceedingly vague question. In the most general terms, contractors are hired by whoever needs the services the contractor provides. The most familiar type of contractor to most people is a building contractor, but there are many types of contractors who are hired for a specific job (often for a few hours a week, or on an irregular schedule) as opposed to being regular employees.

What is an monopolistic?

Monopolistic competition is a market situation that is different from both perfect competition (PC) and monopoly. The theory of monopolistic competition was first developed by Chamberlin.

In monopolistic competition the firms sell differentiated yet highly substitutable products, whereas in PC, the firms engage in production of homogeneous products. This product differentiation gives the firms a bit of monopoly power in pricing and they face slightly downward sloping demand curve as compared to the horizontal demand curve of PC. However, the free entry and exit of firms ensures that these firms have limited monopoly and no super normal profits arise in the long-run.

Can you give blood if you have carpal tunnel syndrome?

Yes, don't worry! Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a medical condition in which the median nerve is compressed at the wrist, leading to paresthesias, numbness and muscle weakness in the hand. It only physically effects your wrist and has nothing to do with blood circulation (just the inflammation that results in CTS). Donation of blood is unadvised when the person is infected with a blood borne illness, which CTS is not.

What is the biblical meaning of Victoria?

Victoria is Latin, not Hebraic. It is feminine rather than masculine. It translates to "Victory" in Modern English. It entered into pseudo-biblical resources when Jerome translated the texts [Vaticanus and Sinaiticus manuscripts] of Eusebius of Caesarea (A Student of Origen Adamantius of Alexandria) into Latin [Jerome's Latin Vulgate]. Referred to here as "pseudo-biblical resources" because although widely accepted as "Christian" patriarchs, these men worship Nimrod [called god [alah] and lord [baal] the son of Cush (Noah's Grandson) and Semiramis [called The Queen of Heaven]. After setting himself up as god, Nimrod (Also called Tammuz and Bacchus and Victor) was dismembered by his uncle Shem. His mother (whom he married) said that because her son is god, therefore she is a goddess and should be worshiped as the mother of god.Semiramis established tree worship and the priestesshood that followed, along with the "Cup of Semiramis", and the secrete society that exists even now. Tree groves became a place where rituals are practiced, and her husband/son was said to be a tree [or man the branch] that was cut down and burned. Symbolized in modern day as the phoenix and the "Yule Log" (Child Log) who entered the fire, but out of the ashes sprouted again to new life, conquering death itself. Therefore, the Palm Tree which rises from the desert heat became the symbol of Victor and perpetual life (or life renewed). If one is the conquering hero, he is thus called the "Victor" and he is "Victorious". The name "Victoria" is the female derivative of Victor. Interestingly, we get the names for each day of the week from the names of Semiramis and Nimrod. Along with Christmas (winter solstice/Saturnalia [Nimrod called Saturn]), Easter (Semiramis called Ishtar), Mother Earth (Semiramis), Father Time (Nimrod called Chronos [see chronology]), Lent (40 days of morning for Nimrod [weeping for Tammuz or Bacchus], and much, much, more...

Compensation vs remuneration difference?

Comp is usually used in a more negative sense. That is:

If you have been injured in an accident the other person will "compensate you for your loss."

If you have to work overtime you will be compensate for the incovienience.

Renumeration is used in a more positive manner.

You will be given suitable renumeration for your hard work.

Suitably qualified applicants will be renumerated accordingly.

I think this is wrong. When it comes to compensation, it means the cash-based payments to employees e.g salaries, bonuses, merit-based pay, variable pay (like performance-linked payments) etc while Remuneration is the sum total of all the rewards given to the employees both cash-based on or other non-cash benefits like health insurance, fitness and professional development subscriptions, wellness programmes, family support, child care, concierge services, etc.

Compensation= Cash payments only - salaries, bonus, variable pay

Remuneration = Compensation + Benefits

I hope this clarifies it.
