I believe that you have the VG30 engine, if this is true you have to remove all of the belts and to do that you must find all of the adjuster screws for the accessories that are attached to the appropiate belts and lossen the pivot bolts. once all other belts are removed you can begin replacing. my advice is to replace all the belts while you are there and save your self from the hassle of this again.

Support the engine, remove cam belt covers and top engine mount. Remove serpentine belt then crankshaft pulley to expose cambelt. Lock the engine flywheel, fuel pump sprocket and cam sprocket. Loosen tensioner and remove belt. Fit new belt, set tension, remove locking tools then rotate engine twice by hand to check the timing holes align. If good, refit everything. If not, reset timing and check again.

you need to heat the grey mastic , glue around the edges take your light housing out remove all the bulbs and heat around the edges with a hairdryer or put the housing in the oven at 150 degrees. for 10 min.. and the lens cover will prise off with a flat headed screwdriver dont forget your oven gloves if you do the latter.

take it to a garage, or remove the whole suspension leg and remove the bearing yoursef but you will need a hydraulic press

That applies to the front bearings. The rear wheel bearing are push-bearings and are easy enough for anybody to do themselves.

Take the wheel off. Take off the brakes. Undo the bolts. Pull old bearing out. Push new bearing in. Put in bolts. Reconnect brakes. Put the wheel back on.

You should just have to take a 1/2" ratchet, put it in the tensioner, pull back to release the tension and then slide the belt off. The new one will just slip on. That's if you have a serpentine system. If you have a v-belt system then you'll have to loosen one of the mounting nuts (usually for the AC compressor to release the tension.
