Makes no difference in term of hardware technology. The operating system (most likely Windows), would be set to the English US, but this can easily be changed to English UK. The only thing you would need to get is a three pin power adapter, as the they use a two pin one in the USA.

if i remember correctly... i started smoking the summer of 2004, and they were under 4 dollars...or around 4 dollars depending on the brand... i specifically remember them being under 4 for a little while then slowly reached the prices we're at today :( oh and for a few years there buy one get one packs were very prevalent. a dollar off one pack was sometimes around. now there are no buy one get ones, just 2 dollars of 2 packs... lame!

Depends what state or country you live in, in some country's parents can give tobacco to minors, however this is not the case in a lot of places. In most places sharing a cigarettes or any tobacco product with a minor is either a civil offense or criminal offense, you can be fined, a perminant criminal record, be required to attend a court hearing, be arrested and have to post bail, or even face jail some. As you can see it's not worth it you can get in big S*** for giving and/or selling tobacco to minors!
