The quickest way to tidy your room is that there is no quick way. Trying to put your things under your bed is not tidying your room. My room was a tip like you coukdn't see the carpet. So what i did was i put all my stuff in the middle of my bedroom( including clothes) and i started with clothes. I selected a drawer for each section( shorts,clothes,trousers) but if you have a closet(unlike me) you could put a different colours of hangers for each section.

Right you have finished with your clothes now on to toys or stuff animals. Put all your toys and stuffed animals into a box at the end of the bed. I have a palyroom up stairs and i put my toys up their but i keep my teddies down stairs in a box at the of my bed.

Toys have been dealed with now on to rubbish go around your room with a waste basket and pick up all the rubbish on the ground.

Everthing has a place espically your school books i have a box saying 'school stuff' and i put all my books into it.

You will always have shoes lying around your room if you have a drawer with your closet then you could set all your shoes into it. If not then get a box and out your shoes into it and set it into your closet. If you dont have a closet (like me) then get a rack and set your shoes into it like the ones you wear most at the top and the ones you wear least at the bottom.

Nick-nacks are a problem. You should get a small box saying 'nick-nacks' on it and set it on your dresser or on your bed side table. Books should go on the shelf or on the books stand. Clean your widows and mirrors you will be surprised at the amount of dust that will come off.

See now your room needs only needs a hover. Your room will look really clean and if you keep it clean( put dirty clothes in your laundry basket, put wrappers in the bin hover once a week) you wont have to do a big clean again.

If its a deeep stain, remove door, sand it down and repaint.

If not, a small paint chipper can usaually chip it off.

Use a heat gun and a putty knife chisel. Start by heating a small area, about 4" square, holding the heat gun 2-3" away from the surface, depending on the heat setting. The exterior will start to bubble. The glue will begin to loosen underneath. Carefully, the surface will be hot, insert the chisel under the veneer and gently scrape. Use safety glasses in case the veneer chips. Fumes are a possibility so work in a well ventilated area.

It depends on what you are trying to remove it from. Vinegar works well in things like fridges, garbage cans, and counter tops. If it is the air that smells, it is best to find the source of the smell and clean that.

There is no guarantee this will work but it is worth a shot. That depends on the quality of the leather and whether or not it has already been treated with a good conditioner and/or moisture protectant. Generally, you don't want to use anything other than products that are specifically designed for leather goods such as shoes, purses, and jackets. Any good leather cleaner will work well (I would avoid anything that is made for a specific color of leather, because they can be tricky or may alter the color of the leather). Also, it is a good idea to follow the cleaning with a conditioner to keep the leather from becoming dried out. Sometimes you can find a conditioner that will work well as a cleaner for minor marks and blemishes.

Apply a small amount of cleaner to a clean, lint-free cloth and lightly rub the leather in a circular motion. Wipe the leather dry and follow up with the same procedure with leather conditioner.

Water based paint is fairly easy to remove. If it is still wet, you can just simply wipe it off with a wet cloth. For paint which has dried, you can use mild soapy water and then rubbing alcohol.

I've heard to try this: First, rub ice on the wax. The ice will harden the wax so you can scrape off as much as possible. Add 2 parts pinesol to 1 part toothpaste (i prefer mint) and apply to the burn area. Cover area with taped down glad wrap and wait 2 hours. remove glad wrap and let it air out overnight. finally, rinse with water. If the smell persists, consult a professional in the yellow pages.

The first thing you have to do is take the shampooer out. Then you need to open the container and load the shampoo and water. Close the containers, plug it in, and use it like you would a vacuum.?æ

In woodworking sand paper and a planer makes the wood smooth. In housekeeping your hands make things like covers, sheets, etc. smooth. In the kitchen, a blender makes drinks smooth.

bath towel racks are made from a variety of materials including brass, stainless steel, zinc alloy, wood, and wrought iron with stained or chrome fishes.

Use make-up remover pads or you can sew them. Or you could use wooden blocks and stain them with tea.

You'll need a dull knife, WD-40, a fingernail brush, an all purpose spray detergent like 409, white cloths and water.

Using the knife and the fingernail brush, scrape off as much of the gum as you can.

Spray the area with the WD-40 (don't worry this cleans off nicely). Continue scraping the gum off as the WD-40 breaks down the gum and loosens it from the fibers. Apply more WD-40 as needed.

Once all the gum is removed, blot the area with one of the clean white cloths absorbing as much of the excess WD-40 as you can.

Now spray the area with the all purpose spray detergent and blot the area with a new clean white cloth that has been dampened with water. You can use the fingernail brush here too, as you clean the area.

Now blot the area with just water to absorb the detergent. Good Luck with your carpet, this really works.

Try Goof Off, Motsenbocker Latex Paint Remover, Goo Gone, and Oops! are all products designed for this. Acetone may work as well (especially for nail polish!). Make sure you first test an area that will not be seen (under a piece of furniture or in a closet) to make sure the solvent or cleaner will not attack the carpet.

You could decorate the room in gender-neutral colours or colours such as beige, brown, yellow, red or blue. Keep it simple- don't overdo it. But you could make the lightig interesting such as put up some fairy lights in black and red up around the room. Or place posters of the things the person likes in suble areas. enjoy!

The ability towards cleaning smoke damage depends upon the items composition and if any heat damage hinders restoration.

Common items restored via smoke are paintings, ceramics, fabrics, photos and furnishings all taking great care not to further damage surface composition.

Common ways are airing out, peroxides, absorbing powders or compounds, mild chemical solutions these should be done via a trained professional that can grade if smoke cleaning or the method used won't damage the items one desires to restore.

The items use vary and some are close held professional trade secrets utilized fire restoration especially for high valued antiquities. As many absorbing compounds or chemicals used are customized blends specific towards the item restored and how it will be rendered used after restoration.

Contact the manufacturer of the glue for a solvent. or burn it of the wood

I know this may sound like a wierd solution but jojoba oil will work to get rid of the white film. I have black D&G frames and i noticed the white film starting to appear on them. First I tried soap and water and that made the problem even worse. So I started looking online and saw there was pretty much no solution for this other than just to buy a new pair of frames, but I did read on some random website that the plastic turns white from being dried out and that if you put vaseline on the white film the vaseline would fix the problem. So i didn't have vaseline in my bathroom cabinet so I looked through my cabinet and I found jojoba oil which is great for dry skin so I thought I would give it a try. First I tested the jojola oil out on the ear piece and it worked so I used it on the rest of my frames. Here is how I did it:

Step 1: Get a bottle of jojoba oil, a few q-tips, and a dry cloth.

Step 2: Pop out the glass lenses so no jojoba oil will get on them because it is hard to clean off the lenses.

Step 3: Coat the frames with the jojoba oil using the q-tips. Let the jojoba oil soak on the frames for about an hour.

Step 4: Wipe off the joboja oil with the dry cloth. And then depending on how bad the white film repeat step 3 again, however, it should remove most of the film the first time around but the second time will remove it.
