Is World Coin Grading a reliable grading company?
They are offering many coins graded as MS70. Since PCGS has only eve graded ONE coin (outside of Proofs) as an MS70, it seems that grade inflation is rampant at WCG. ANSWER: they are UNreliable.
Well Maybe! Coin grading does not have a published standard which is accepted by all grading services. So if there is no standard then how are we to judge whether or not one service is "reliable or unreliable". Reliability or unreliability is dependent upon consistency. From what I have seen from WCG they are consistent in grading their coins and apparently have taken a stance that the full spectrum of coins, including MS70 are available in the market place. On the other hand PCGS is consistent in their stance that there are very few, if any, coins in the market place that will go the full spectrum to MS70. How many times have you heard that "this is a better coin than the existing grade indicates"? The converse can also heard that this coin is a lower grade than the existing grade given by that service. By whose standard???
Perhaps we in the coin community should push for a standard that all coin grading services must meet and reach a level of sophistication where services are "certified". Food for thought. The ANA has published grading standards, but there is still too much left to the individual grader's opinion, particularly in the Mint States. Is this bag mark "distracting" or not? How many bag marks are too many to rate an MS-62? Can a weak strike be MS-65 or better in a series where well-struck examples are scarce or unknown?

Typically depend on the organisation you work for. But it is a very lucrative field and career growth is substantial over the years. One has to remember that this is a niche field and getting a reputable organisation to hire you might take a bit of hard work and some commendable work experience. The bottom line is:
With about 2-4 years of Business Analysis experience you are looking at about £45,000+ and an entry level support analyst (might be known as various other things again depending on the organisation) about £25,000 per annum. Hope this has resolved your query a bit.

Why do companies buy back their own stock?
There is a second reason as well. If they are sitting on cash and think the stock is under-valued, they will invest in their own company. This does two things. First it props up the price by increasing the buy side demand. Second, it provides them the opportunity to enjoy a gain in the exchange when they put those share back into the market at a higher price.
It also helps increase the Earning Per Share EPS, when earnings come out they put them into a per share basis. When companies buy shares they are no longer considered outstanding, so the same amount of money is divided among less shares. Want to chat about trading the Dow.
How can a construction company market itself?
Builders and real estate managers are considered business-to-business prospects, while homeowners fall under the group of consumer marketing. Despite which market you are targeting, keep in mind that every person you come in contact with is a potential client or a potential source of referral.
In construction, word-of-mouth will play a vital role in your success. Most people ask for a recommendation from their friends, neighbors and business associates before hiring a contractor. So make sure that you always project a professional image, that your clients are always satisfied and that you have business cards readily available to hand out. Also, invest in a nice marketing brochure or informational folder with inserts that pertain to either the business customer or the homeowner.
You also want to make yourself and your company visible through sponsorships and endorsements of community events such as sponsoring a little league team or a neighborhood clean-up.
If your target market is the individual homeowner, it is important for you to know that these particular customers respond to mailers and other promotions, and the more eye-catching the piece - the more effective. Consider an oversized postcard mailing to keep costs to a minimum.
The business-to-business marketing programs that you should use are personal communication, advertising and public relations. You should first call your prospects to introduce yourself. Note the source of referral if relevant. Next, mail them some literature regarding your company and how you can meet their needs. Then, do a follow-up call in about a week. Try to close the sale or arrange a face-to-face meeting. Make sure to keep a database to track prospects.
Remember to always forge ahead and look for those referrals! Good luck!

How much does a pizzeria manager earn?
My son has been a manager in a local pizzaria for some time. His experience in the two states that he has worked for the same company in the same position has been that they pay the 'assistant manager' about 2 dollars above the local minimum wage. The manager, the guy who the company sends to school and the whole banana, should earn somewhere about 1 1/2 to 2 times the local minimum wage. Here in Washington State it is about 28k.
