What are the basics of theory construction?

Theory construction involves identifying a problem or question, reviewing existing literature, developing a conceptual framework, formulating hypotheses, collecting data, analyzing data, and revising the theory based on findings. The process involves building on existing knowledge, testing the theory through research, and refining it through continuous evaluation and modification. The goal is to develop a well-supported and coherent explanation for the phenomena of interest.

Why is metaparadigm necessary for theory construction?

The metaparadigm provides a foundation by defining the key concepts of a discipline, such as nursing. Principle construction and working of a motor?

The Motor Principle: when a current-carrying conductor is located in an external magnetic field perpendicular to the conductor, the conductor experiences a force perpendicular to itself and to the external magnetic field.

The right-hand rule for force on a conductor can be used to determine the direction of the force experienced on the conductor: if the right thumb points in the direction of the current in the conductor and the fingers of the right hand point in the direction of the external magnetic field, then the force on the conductor is directed outward from the palm of the right hand.

The motor principle is used to form a precise definition of ampere. 1 ampere is the amount of current flowing through two straight parallel conductors 1 meter apart in a vacuum which produces a force 2 × 10-7 newtons per meter of conductor.

Analog electric meters (i.e., galvanometers, ammeters, voltmeters) operate on the motor principle. Electric motors are an important application of the motor principle. An electric motor consists of a permanent external field magnet (stator) and a coiled conducting ammeter (rotor) which is free to rotate within the field magnet. Brushes and a commutator (designed differently if A.C. or D.C. current is supplied to the armature) connect the armature to an external voltage source. The speed of rotation of a motor depends on the amount of current flowing through it, the number of coils on the armature, the strength of the field magnet, the permeability of the armature, and the mechanical load connected to the shaft.

Can a convicted felon get a job in construction?

The code of ethics for social workers requires that a worker have not engaged in unlawful or criminal acts, therefore all social workers are required to undergo a back ground check for felony convictions. So the answer would that I was told by the state of NY is no, unless the governor pardons a person. Sorry we will have to find another field, I chose certification mechanical it was one of the few fields that allow felons to work in. I am not sure as for the state of New York, but I know in the state of Ohio a convicted felon can become a social worker or counselor. I am currently working towards my masters in mental health counseling, and I will begin working with the advocacy office soon, because there will be some bumps to overcome to get there. However, I know at least two people whom did not get granted their pardons, and they were working social workers and a counselor. There are certain supervisions which apply, unfournately not being able to work with juveniles I am pretty sure is one, but it is possible as long as they can show new good character, and explain the cause of their lapse in judgement. But I am sure it takes a great deal of work and stress to get there!
