What I did when I was about 13 was I told my mother that I am mature and responsible enough to be alone with my friends now. Make sure that you don't whine, cry, or make a big fuss because your mom won't believe you're mature enough. Also state that you have trust worthy friends and that she can count on you to do the right thing. Make sure you do not pull any wacky stunts at the mall or else you won't be able to go again. Tell her that she can trust you. If all else fails, convince her to come with you to the mall a few times. While you and your friends chill, she can go to separate stores to buy stuff for herself. After a while she'll definitely think your ready to do it on your own.
