What do I do if I am not happy in my relationship?

When a relationship isn't working out ...

Each couple is individual with a different set of problems. The best tool any couple can ever have is 'communicating' and that means being open and honest with your partner and discussing any problems you have in your relationship without arguing. If a couple ceases to use these communication skills then second guessing comes into play and what may have not been a problem at all may just get blown out of proportion. Sit down with your partner and ask them why they seem so unhappy in the relations and listen well! Then let them know how you feel and try to work from there.

How do you ease out of a relationship?

There is no "easy" way; someone is bound to get hurt. It's best to do it honestly. If you're not interested in the person anymore, do not lead them on. Just explain that you want to break up or that your feelings have changed. Don't give that person false hope if you have no intentions of following through.

For example, if you don't want to talk to that person again, don't say, "We can still be friends!" or "Maybe we can work it out & try again."

If you want to break up, JUST break up.

Describe yourself about your family?

Childish. My father is a self-centered, cruel, rude man, and my mother is a childish, passive-aggressive woman. Both my sisters are just like them, and any time you try to have a real discussion about our family problems, they tell me I'm too sensitive and paranoid. Which I find odd, as only they ever describe me as such. Nobody else ever says anything remotely simliar.

Some people just have children because they feel like they should, not because they are emotionally stable and mature enough.

As such, some families are messed up.

Did Aristotle have any brothers or sisters?

He has an older half sister, which lives in Belarus with another mother. She comes to visit him now and then, for example now when the Eurovision Song Contest was in Oslo. But he's the only son of his mother, and he doesn't live with his half sister, so he thinks of himself as an only child. However, his father is very fond of his daughter as well, but I think Alexander doesn't care because he's a mommy's boy... :P

Why do you get so mad when people tell you what to do?

Often times, a person naturally despises being told what to do because he feels forced to do something he does not want to do. In certain situations, a person may get angry when others tell him what to do because he believes he is right, and they are wrong. You might hate someone and get angry at the person even if the person tells you to do something that is right. You might just not feel like listening to others or want them to do it themselves.

How do you know when you are in danger from breaking off a relationship?

You are most likely in danger if the person you are leaving has anger issues, has pushed you around, verbally abused you, has tried to control you and so on. If you notice the person waiting outside your home or work, or otherwise stalking you, seek advice and help. If it does appear that someone is following you, drive to a well-lighted, populated place ( a police station is good!) until you know they are not near.

Families are important to society because without families there is no true society. Families are a way to learn how to be apart of society, by teaching the members what society finds acceptable and what it does not.

What family values and are behaviors?

Cohesion:

very important because unity creates strength. It is good for a family to be together, but every person should have his own individuality. So the togetherness of the family should not make a person depend on others, it should make him confident to survive in the society knowing that he has the support of his family in all his endeavors.

Flexibility:

important element because a person's lifetime decisions should not be dominated by others. Everybody should have freedom to make their own decisions and live with them. When there is any problem, the family should solve them together without laying blame on each other.

Communication:

make a family or break it. Everybody should feel free to express their thoughts and feelings. Otherwise there may be conflicts in the family.

Couple heading family:

What do you do if your dad doesn't spend time with you?

You can't force him to spend time with you, unfortunately, and there may be other factors involved... he may have to work long hours with little downtime, or he may have hard feelings from the past, or disappointments with himself or his career, that make him want to avoid family. (Do not, I repeat, do NOT blame yourself for this.) When you do see him, make it clear that you want your dad in your life, and want to see him more often. Maybe you can travel to him, or stay with him more? Don't forget to consider his feelings in the matter... and of course, be on your best behavior, whether he's around or not.
