What is the value of Les Domaniales 1994 Hermitage beaudefond red from France?

couldn't find an exact match.

The wines of the Hermitage area are Côtes-du-Rhone. The producing area is very small (345 acres / 140 hectares) and they command a much higher price than the neighbouring Crozes-Hermitage. You can also keep them longer (20 years and more).

1994 isn't a "recommended year" and so the price could be lower (but still high). You can still find some 1994 Hermitage wines at 40€/bottle, seems to me to be near the bottom price, but prices vary greatly depending of the maker. An expensive bottle can be worth seven or eight times the cheapest in the price list.

The name "les domaniales" doesn't appear (any more?) in that particular area. I would not bet for a high-end wine with that sort of name, which is a bit phony.

There is a "les domaniales" name in the Crozes-Hermitage area. That 1994 Crozes-Hermitage may be worth nothing today (doesn't last as long as the Hermitage), except as a collection item (in which case it would still not fetch more than 40/50€ per bottle in my opinion.)

Was France anywhere near Israel in biblical days?

If by Biblical days you mean the years BC (Before Christ) or early AD (Anno Domini (In the Year of Our Lord)), the State of Israel did not exist, it was formed by the United Nations when the Country of Palestine was split to make space for a Jewish State in 1947, also France as we know it today also did not exist in the early years BC, it was then a much bigger Country known as Gaul.

If you are referring to the territories which went on to form these two separate countries, they are geographically quite a distance from each other, France being in Western Europe and Israel being in the Middle East.

Where do French people like to vacation?

The major destination for French people in vacation is... France. The first destination of choice is the seaside (Mediterranean sea or Atlantic ocean) where they enjoy warm weather - quite hot in the south to be exact - and magnificent beaches. The mountain ski resorts are also often very populated during summer holidays. Those looking for calmer or inexpensive holidays mostly pick a vacation by the countryside.

Outside France, Spain is the major destination, mostly for those seeking the sun.
