The guy is married! He may be too shy to tell this person that he only thinks of her as a friend and has a good time with her. Many women can have male friends in the workplace, but it doesn't make them into a living, breathing affair. My guess is, he loves his wife and wants to keep it that way. If he wanted to go further with this woman he would have asked her out by now, but since it seems he's having a good time at work then I would consider that friendship and nothing more.
