Be warned that these restaurants can close early since they are open from fairly early in the morning.
As well as the above dishes there is a host of other food that you would expect to find in a western society. There are the usual American Junk food outlets, but thankfully not too many. One thing you will find in continental Europe is that they do not tolerate bad food so wherever you go you are likely to get a decent feed.
And the coffee? The dutch do coffee very well and why not accompany it with a nice piece of apple cake and whipped cream.
