As with a number of countries, there is a big gap between education for the rich and education for everyone else. While wealthy Pakistani families can afford to send their children to private schools, free public education is not widely available to the poor. As a result, many poor children either do not go to school at all (many are sent to work, under a system of debt bondage, where children's labor help to pay off their parents' debts) or they go to a Muslim religious school ("madrassa") where they only learn religious subjects and are taught by rote memorization.

Thus, the most pressing need in Pakistan is for free public education for the poor, from elementary right up through high school. If Pakistani children are going to be able to move out of poverty, they need more opportunities to study, exposure to a wide variety of subjects, access to new books and computers. Resistance to allowing girls to study must also stop, since in the modern world, girls are as much in need of education as boys. And Pakistan's justice system needs to work to eradicate debt bondage and prosecute companies that hire children.

HBFC is the pioneer and premier specialized housing finance institution of Pakistan. It was established trough an enactment of parliament way back in 1952. In that way, it is also one of the longest serving and surviving financial institution of the country.

HBFC is not a failure. Its health has been grossly misstated, and it has been misrepresented by the current management for the purpose only known to them.

Presently, main problem with HBFC is lack of proper focus of the government, and total lack of competency of its present management, and its lack of knowledge and professionalism. Present management (a singular term used in Pakistan to denote the head and all powerful authority of a body corporate) of HBFC does not know how to read and interpret a financial statement, what to say about his competency of managing the financial statement.

HBFC is surely in some trouble for not having a proper management, but it has not yet failed.

You can not join Turkish Army if you are not a citizen of Republic of Turkey.

If you are a male Turkish citizen, you are subject to draft, regardless of your ethnic origins. So you will join the armed forces, anyway.

I Believe that our country has Rule & regulation with proper procedures but unfortunately we have lack of its proper implementation, or some time we as individual ignore or neglect those rules so I must say that look in to our self and appraise how much we individuals are part of corruption,

• We bribe to make our driving License, Pay Road tax (Vehicle Token), all Type of Tax, make birth Certificates, get death Certificates, get electric & gas connection, get water connection, get our House registered; get our house plan pass, etc. etc. .

• We bribe to get a job.

• We bribe to get dead bodies from hospitals.
