Those spammers use software that makes the 'From' address the same as the 'To' email address, automatically, for all of the tens of thousands of emails they send out daily. That's common. A lot of spammers spoof (fake) the "From" address to make it appear as if it's from your own email address. It really isn't from your address though, as you can verify if you read the information in the email headers. You won't find it in your 'Sent' folder either. Presumably, they think you'll be more likely to open it out of curiosity if it looks as if it's 'from' your own address. Delete it without opening it, unless you've recently sent yourself email from that same address, which isn't necessary at all. If you must send yourself email reminders or whatever, use 2 or more email addresses and send yourself emails from one to the other. Solution: Filter out emails from your own email address. The specific way to set up such a filter depends on which email client or webmail service you use. There are too many email clients and webmail services to give specific filtering instructions for here. However, it's not hard to figure out how to do that. Helpful Ideas: A.) For my webmail accounts I set a filtering rule like: If 'From' = 'me@myaddress.com', Then Send to 'Trash'. B.) For my POP email accounts I use the free "Email Remover" program to delete all spam directly from the server, before opening my email client program. But my email client isn't set to check automatically for new emails. C.) Use 'Postini' or a similar service to filter out emails 'from' your own email address, as well as to filter out almost all other spam.

A scrammer is a term coined by Jim Carver to denote a class of people that are lower than the slime molds. We know that spammers are those that use the internet to push their marginal wares on persons without having any maketing knowhow. These persons have no native intelligence and probably got their computer from Joe down the street. Joe set it up for our genius and probably installed a version of windows 98, saying "if it's good enough for me, then it's probably over your head, too". But, later that night cousin Optout came over and presented genius with some pirated software he had stolen off the net the day before. "You know, genius, I think you could use this, if ya know how to run it, bein' that your outta job anyways". So he began using up bandwidth and people's hard drives to no end, but there was the paycheck and genius could buy that gismo that he had always wanted. Well, ok, this fictional account illistrates what I mean, but, enter the world of the scammer. He is a calculating dude. Much smarter than our genius above. He takes his tricks out of the annuals of con and downright deceit. Any methods are okay as long as he gets what he wants. (You can substituent he for she, I just write it this way to make it easier). And one day, he meets the spammer. So, spammer+scammer =scrammer. OK, that's it folks. If the organisation were to assign more lower level employees to any one manager, they would then be able to reduce employee numbers. This is where middle management has its problems during recessions etc.For e.g. (NB: unrealistic and oversimplifying):
- If a company has 128 employees to manage and each manager in the organisation has 2 people under them, the organisation diagram will look like this: 1 > 2 > 4 > 8 > 16 > 32 > 64 > 128. This means that there is 8 tiers in the organisation, and most importantly, 126 managers looking after 128 workers.
- As opposed to having a structure where each manager looks after 4 people, again with 128 workers, the structure will look like so: 1 > 4 > 16 > 64 > 128. In this case, there is only 5 tiers, and only 84 managers looking after 128 workers.
This difference of 42 managers is a huge reduction in the workforce. As seen, to do this the organisation must demand more from management, which could be done through a number of ways like training or higher wages. But in doing so, the manpower required in an organisation will be greatly diminished, especially the larger an organisation is, i.e. 16,000 employees.

How often do men have morning erections?
The erection occurs 3 or more times during the night during REM (rapid eye movement) dreaming sleep. During this time there is more blood flow to urethra which causes the erection.

Morning erections are technically nighttime erections which happen during Rapid Eye Movement (REM) sleep (when most dreaming occurs), although men older than sixty years may have them during even non-REM sleep. Generally, we experience four intervals of REM sleep per night. These spontaneous woodies in the wee hours are caused by specific neuroreflexes (whatever the word is called.) that are stimulated during REM sleep.
An erection has been proven to greatly relieve the pain of needing to urinate badly. The reason is because when you get an erection, a valve stops the urine from entering the urethra so that only semen can pass through the urethra during ejaculation. So the next time you're in your car in a traffic jam and you REALLY need to go... just use your imagination. Ha ha It works every time. It is partially why you have morning erections since it helps prevent you from peeing on yourself! Ever notice how difficult it is to urinate with an erection? Ever peed on yourself in bed since you hit puberty?
