Some animals that inhabit Alaska are the black bear, polar bear, lemming, moose, pike, salmon, wolves, eagles, and albatross. There are over 1000 species of animals classified as vertebrates alone.

The largest cities in Alaska are Anchorage, Juneau (the capital city in Alaska), Fairbanks, Badger and Knik-Fairview.

There are many mountain ranges in Alaska. Some of the larger ones are the Alaska Range, the Brooks Range, the Chugach Mountains, and the St. Elias Range.

24 hours just like everywhere else. If you mean how much daylight does Anchorage get each day, it varies depending on the time of year. If you were to visit in the summer at the height of the tourist season, say July 4th, you would experience 24 hours of light. Several hours of this time would be much like twilight, not intense sunlight but easily light enough to see very well. The actual sunlight would be around 20 hours or so.
