Yes, they certainly can. If they have a legitimate debt against the deceased, they file it with the executor. This will get paid before anything is distributed to the beneficiaries.
Should drinking age change in Alberta?
No.
Another answer:
Yes it should - in fact there should not be a lower limit on drinking ages; countries without a drinking age have less incidents of drunk driving (injury & death) than countries with the limits. Drunk kids on bicycles cause far less damage than a drunk kid in a car. It seems they learn their limits on drinking before they can legally drive, so tend to drive drunk far less often. Of course if that were done, the income from DUI's would go down by around 1,000,000 dollars per year (based on current published results) so your taxes would have to go up to supplement that income for the area.

How much does a greyhound ticket cost from Edmonton Alberta to camrose Alberta?
Currently, as of September 20, 2009, a one-way ticket from Edmonton to Camrose is about $22.50 (i can't remember the exact change, but it is between 22 and 23 dollars). I take the 6pm bus from Edmonton that goes straight through Camrose; services during the morning and afternoon stop in Wetaskiwin where you transfer to a shuttle van to Camrose. I believe the cost of all routes is the same. And for round-trip, it would be double. Hope this helps ... cheers!

The seat belt assembly is supposed to be under lifetime warranty from Honda. American Honda is trying to save money by making a distinction between the seat belt assembly's mechanical components (covered by warranty) and electrical components (not covered by warranty), even though the actual warranty (which I still have) doesn't make that distinction. In other words, all seat belt assembly components should be covered for repair/replacement.
I filed a complaint with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/ivoq/index.cfm or call 1-888-327-4236. The NHTSA representative told me that if enough people file a complaint about the seat belt warning sensor, the NHTSA will make American Honda recall the part(s) as defective. Even if you've already repaired the seat belt assembly, you should still file a complaint, because you can get a reimbursement for the repair if there's a recall.
The NHTSA rep also told me that I should file a complaint against American Honda with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for Honda's failure to uphold their lifetime warranty on the seat belt assembly. I did that at: https://www.FTCComplaintAssistant.gov/
To make your warranty complaint filing easier, here's American Honda's corporate info: American Honda Motor Company 1919 Torrance Blvd, Torrance, CA 90501 phone: 800-999-1009
Was there ever an earthquake in Alberta?
Yes. As recently as January 2008, in southern Alberta. There have been quakes recently near Dawson Creek and Grande Prairie. Quakes are often associated with the Rocky Mountain tectonics. But most quakes are low magnitude - less than 6.0, and usually much lower. The earth is always changing and moving, and quakes of some degree can occur almost anywhere. One of the largest quakes in the USA in recorded history occured in southern Illinois - not an area one usually thinks of being associaed with large quakes. Hope this answers your question.
