Many movie actors worked as salesmen, in drug stores, construction, etc. If you are happy in what you do then that's all you need to worry about. If you show interest in some of the things she does and can handle that she has a fine mind and encourage her in her endeavors, but still have fun, work at what you want to do, then there is absolutely no reason you can't have a great relationship.
