Actually, Area 51 is a top secret US military base and only US citizens with top secret government security clearance can enter there. Aliens or anyone else will be shot on site if you try to get in, or so the signs posted around the site tell you.

You need to till up the area and place good soil down to level out area after you have tilled it. Make sure it level for prper drainage. Then as you place the new sod down you need to pull at the ends of each sheet of sod to allow it to want regrowth. Make sure when you lay it down you lay it where ther is no gap in-between. Might depend what country you''re trying to view the imagery from. In most cases you should be able to see the installation better than as "Area 51" in Google Earth by jumping to its location. Wikipedia and other websites have the coordinates for this facility in the northeast of Nevada.

There are some restricted areas that are purposefully blurred out in satellite imagery or low-resolution imagery used including those seen in Google Earth and Google Maps.
