The blinking oil message indicates low oiul pressure, could be caused by low oil level. Check engine light coming on probably means the oil level is dangerously low and engine damage could occur.
I suggest to add oil to normal level as soon as possible. If both lights turn off I would suggest doing an oil change and look for oil leaks, unless the oil change is way overdue a low oil level indicates an oil leak or the car is burning oil.
If any of the lights remain on have a mechanic diagnose the problem.

Job for a pro. Inlet manifold has to come off to allow access. Thermostat is located down the side of the enging, beside the water pump. Get them to check timing belt, water pump, belt tensioner roller and replace if necessary.
a few things could do that however i would see if the frontend needs to be alligned If your tires were rotated after they were balanced ,you may have found out that you have a tire that is out of round. I am assuming the tires were balanced correctly. Radial tires by there nature sometimes develop high spots as they accumulate high miles and this problem will show up at certain speeds and disappear over or under that speed. I bet if you rotate your tires, the problem will disappear.If it does, keep this in mind so as not to move the problem tire to the front again. Good luck.
