Now stop. You just forced your body to believe it was pregnant for the last three years and you expect it to jump back into the same menstrual rhythm that it last experienced over three years ago? You are only going to have a period when your body has something to flush and I seriously doubt that your body, miraculous as it certainly is, is capable of making these quantum leaps between pregnant, not pregnant, get ready to get pregnant again.

But, if there is any reason to think that you are pregnant, a trip to the doctor will take care of any doubt. I've been amazed and stunned before, I suppose it could happen again.

No you don't but depending on your age it may be a good idea or at least with someone who has been thru it before.

With so little known from the question, answering is difficult. Here is my gut reaction. I am assuming that 1) you have already discussed the possibility of couples or individual counseling with him. 2) everyone in the family is up-to-date with medical checkups, medications, etc. 3) you have discussed the issue with trusted friends, family, clergy persons. 4) you are not in physical danger from your husband. Address these things before going further. You are apparently near your wits' end with this, or you wouldn't be inquiring here. If it indeed has come to that point, I would say this. Go ahead and find other temporary living arrangements for yourself if it is at all possible. I realize your preference may be for him to leave for a while; keep reading. Set a date, and make it reasonable (2 to 4 weeks? I don't know). Don't tell him that you want to try being alone. Tell him "John, you have [3 weeks] to be out of here. It can be a temporary arrangement until we work this out. If you are not out in [3 weeks], then I am leaving." Then, if you tell him this, you must follow through. Maybe he'll yell. You've been there before. He may weep and beg for forgiveness. I bet you've been there before, too. If you give in to this, you have simply decided to continue to allow yourself to be abused like this by him, and you may as well accept your decision and deal with the yelling. If he is not out by the date you give him, move out and take some time to clear your head.

There are many advantages of joint families. you get complete support of family members when ever needed, your children will not left out alone at home when you go for a job, you can share your joys and sorrows with them.

the only drawback of joint family is that you don't get that much freedom and privacy as you can get in nuclear family.

Many robberies in day time take place because nobody presents in home, so if there would be a joint family, robbery cases will also decrease.

Another benefit, we don't have to ask for help from others if all family members are living together.

Each and every person will share their opinions and take a good decision.

May u think your opinion is first one..but if majority doesn't want your opinion then it will be thrown away so no independent decision making....

when one do mistake ....u also will be charged for that mistake as u r in joint family..it affects to all the members.

Joint family gives advantage than problems. There may be problems as they are the part of our life as we face in day to day life but that cannot be made as a reason to blame and escape to nuclear life after enjoying all benefits.

One may enjoy a joint family if there is a good thinking among the members of the family. if not it becomes very hard to sustain the joint family as there will be discrimination arising.

So basic pillar of joint family is to have healthy and selfless moral values for all members.

Also it must be controlled by an unquestionable head to take the decisions for improving the living.

In a joint family-one always gets guidance from elderly. They are more experienced. They can take care of grandchildren in a proper way rather than depending on a maid

There will always be a generation gap & younsters will not always agree with what old people say.So there can be discrepancies sometime. Opinions may vary & this can cause "hot environment " in joint families.

But if their are so many advantages, you can ignore 1 or 2 disadvantages

i'm no expert on this at all, but have had it happen several times, and always been the same problem (different homes).......it (in our case) was ''froze up'' if you go outside and look at the unit when it is not cooling you will likely see ice all over the coils, it thaws out when you turn it off for a few hours, either a leak or need freon......would be my guess ........hope it helps......

The pill is kind of a way in making your body thinking its pregnant (progesterone) If you take this pill before your expected period it will throw off your menstrual cycle..You should take the pill regularly and not take it for 7 days. this is when you should get your period. A doctor should tell you to start the pill after your period...( a Sunday is a good day). some times there are 7 different colored pills...which are sugar pills...they have no effects on your body....they just remind you when to start a new pack.

I was on the pill and the Dr told me that I need to always use condoms no matter what. You have a higher risk of getting pregnant on the pill it is a higher risk then if you was on the shotl. And something else if you are planning on getting off the pill you best stock up on Pads b.c when I stopped it I was bleeding for 6 months and now I still can not get pregnant and I have been trying for 9 months.

To prevent pregnancy, stop it before you get pregnant, there are many methods. The birth control pill, condoms etc. Talk to your gynecologist what will suit you the best. If you have had unprotected sex you can also take the Morning after pill up to 72 hours afterwards. That prevents the egg to attach to the uterus wall. Once you are pregnant only abortion will work.

They can do as a side-effect. If you are experiencing tender or enlarged breasts whilst taking oral contraceptives ("the pill"), tell you GP/HMO, gynaecologist or family planning practitioner as soon as possible as it could mean that the contraceptive pill you are on is not ideal for you.

Firstly- you need to find out why did your biological parents did not want to take part in your life at first. Secondly find out if second family (adoption parents) are well with the decision you have made. The morning after pill aka (plan b) can effect your cycle dramaticly!!! A bleed every two weeks is not normal. It means you have a hormonal balance and will probably mean you are getting low on iron. Go and see a doctor. They will probably put you on the pill for a couple of months to get your system stabilised. None of these bleeds you have will be a "proper" period. A period usually comes after the egg has been released and not fertilised. Two weeks is not longer enough for this to happen, and therefore it is your hormones going a bit haywire causing the bleeding.

When changing from birth control pills to Nuva Ring, you can safely start at any time in the pill cycle and expect immediate protection, as long as you didn't miss pills in the previous cycle. There is no need to wait until bleeding starts or stops.

Your doctor should of gone over this. Also you might want to read the section in the instructions that says "when to start". If your on the sugar pills that should mean your on your period and if I remember correctly you should start the ring on the Sunday after your period starts (even if your still bleeding). I don't think it would hurt if you skipped the sugar pills. They don't do anything. I will also say that when I was on the NuvaRing my periods never came until I removed the ring. No matter how long I left it in. So pay attention to when you SHOULD be starting your period and if it doesn't come remember this before you rush to the store for a pregnancy test. Don't keep the ring in longer than 4 weeks per instructions!

This is a very hard question to summarise - afterall there have been whole books written on the subject! The simplest is to have sex around 14-16 days before your period is due. This is easy if you have a regular cycle. Otherwise you need to start looking at your cervical fluid. Don't be afraid of this. Straight after your period it should be quite dry and any mucus will be white-yellow-cream and solid. When you are fertile, it becomes very wet and a clear mucus (like egg whites of a raw egg). If you touch it you should find it stretchy. This should be for around 2-3 days. Try for sex around this time or just a little before. Then you will become dry again and any mucus will be solid looking. Good luck!!
