You really don't want to alter that dat. file. You will probably corrupt it and loose what ever data is stored there. Try and find the right program to open it with. Righ click on the file and click on "open with" this will give you a list of programs or the option to go online to try and hunt it down.

Where do bloodhound viruses come from?
The bloodhound virus can either be a real threat or something that Norton anti virus finds and reports as a bloodhound type of virus or spyware.
Norton developed the bloodhound as part of their software a few years back. It was meant to be able to detect certain things about viruses. However when it finds something it is not sure of, it will report it as a type of bloodhound virus.
The bloodhound can also be a real destructive virus such as the bloodhound.A virus. This is a low level destructive boot virus that affects the MBR (master boot record) of a windows computer.
This virus has been known to erase files from a computers hard drive and displays a message on the users screen when the payload is delivered.
If you do get a message stating you are infected with the bloodhound virus, it is important to check your system with another antivirus.
You can use an online scanner such as the one from trend micro. Do not install two anti virus programs on to your computer at the same time.
Installing two programs can cancel each other program out and cause windows systems problems. Only have one program on your system at a time.
If you are still having problems and are not sure what to do for bloodhound virus removal, you can visit one of the various online virus/spyware forums on the internet.
There are plenty of people who are willing to help. They may ask you to download a Hijack program and post the results to the board.
By doing this they can see what is going on with your computer and make recommendations.
The bloodhound may also be an alias for a Trojan, worm virus spyware or malware. Some of these may or may not be destructive.
It just depends on the type that it really is. The bloodhound is such a gray area that if you do not seem to get rid of it and cannot find any other help you may need to search Google for the exact virus your software reports.
Some examples of real bloodhound virus threats may be; Bloodhound.Exploit.24, bloodhound.W32.VBWORM, bloodhound.Tibs and more. Each one of these can be different including payloads, destruction, wild, distribution and more.

Why does virus appears in PC even after formatting it?
If a virus persists on a PC even after formatting it is likely that the virus has been inserted into the boot sector of the hard drive - which is not rewritten when you re-format it.
Assuming you are running a Microsoft OS, to fix it, boot using the install CD for the OS and run the first Repair option which will load the Recovery Console from a ramdisk (and doesn't use the hard drive for booting). This requires that your BIOS supports booting from the CD drive. Then run the 'fixboot' command. This is supposed to overwrite the boot sector. You may have to specify the drive letter of which partition to fix.
Why would your AC when set on Maximum keep shutting off?
It is probably getting low on freon. When the system has minor leaks and the freon pressure lowers the system begins to shut off the compressor which circulates the freon through the system to protect the compressor and other components from damage. Have the system recharged, or add freon on your own. You can now get freon from many parts stores.

When you view a picture on AOL is the picture saved to your hard drive?
When you veiw a picture using America Online browser you will automatically have the picture saved in your temporary folder. This includes any and all graphics you see anywhere. These files are extremely hard to locate and are basically numbered in the order recieved. In addition, temporary files are deleted on occasion by users to keep computers in good working order. If you look at a picture in the browser and you are asked by the computer to either "open" or "save" the picture, then you may have saved the picture conviently. If you chose open, the picture is lost to the void of temporary files. If you chose save, then it will be saved where you indicate and by a name you indicate.
Koyotesoft makes some free audio and video tools which are useful and seem to work well. However, the applications try to install some other things you may not want. They are not viruses but most of us are better off without them.
Specifically, what I have seen from Koyote is Dealio Toolbar and the Spigot browser. Dealio is adware and a browser hijack which keeps changing your homepage to one that tries to sell you stuff. Spigot browser I'm not familiar with, but I suspect it's one that constantly flings ads and is not especially secure.
Toolbars are generally annoying and not that useful; avoid installing them at all costs. Koyote allows you to opt out of installing their adware, but you need to check the Advanced option in their setup screen. Uncheck everything that looks like a toolbar or browser add-on and you'll be OK.

What does it mean if your T3 level is low?
Let me preface my response by saying you should always check with your physician first and have them interpret any lab results; however, having lived with Thyroid Disease for 32 yrs .(was diagnosed at 15 yrs.) I've learned LOW T3 results may be indicative of Hypothyroidism (under-active
thyroid, slower metabolism).
A normal range is usually between 80 to 220 so if you are below 80 you should have further testing or discuss with physician. A simple blood test is all that is needed and you should fast if possible. If you are going to have blood work done make sure you test for TSH, T3 Total, and T4. You may as well check it all since you are having the blood drawn anyway. Note: sometimes testing the T3 is extra. I paid $16 more to have my T3 tested and it was well worth it as I found out my levels were significantly low.
Good luck!

Write short note on transact-sql?
Transact-SQL is the brand of SQL used by Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft's most advanced database software.
SQL is a language used to operate databases. For example, you could write a SQL query to find the phone numbers for people named "Smith" in a phone database.
A database just stores related information in tables organized into rows. For example, a phone book database would have a table of rows where each row contains name, phone number, and address. A database can have multiple tables; so a phone book database would have separate tables for people and businesses.
