Bolivia is a disaster area of the third world! The city streets are a disgrace.
Extremely poor sanitary conditions in populous areas. Poor quality buildings
that are way overpriced with antiquated sewers, water supply services.
Poor electrical services not maintained, and a danger to the public.80-90% of all
vehicles are used and filthy and damaged. No one respects traffic rules. Markets
are a breeding ground for any number of bacteria and health issues. Restaurants
with the exception of a very few are sanitary. The food is the worst of all countries
ever visited. The cost of living is more than high. Wages are below poverty levels.
Buses are antiquated and inner city mini buses are falling apart at the seems and
are jammed packed with people as if they were a sardine. Courtesy is hard to find.
Corruption exists at any level. Lawyers and doctors are equally corrupt.
The general environment is non comforting to most anyone. When speaking
of inner city areas this is about the worst place on the planet yet seen.
Water is polluted, energy as in electric energy is not clean energy.
A simple road takes three years to construct! Buildings are held together by
tree poles during cement drying. Most brick work is hollow brick. The air is not
clean here. Virtually ever car or vehicle has no catalytic converter.
People have poor education and believe they receive good education.
Many purchased products do not live up to fair expectation. There is virtually
no decent movie house or decent theater here. Trash removal is a joke and
you will find it in any square inch of the main city of Santa Cruz.
It hardly ever rains and sand as in dust is everywhere, and that means in your
breathing air, food and water. Keep your area clean one day and be lucky it remains that way for 24 hours.
Taxis have no air-conditioning, maybe one in every two hundred. Take a bus and
get of sweaty or without your wallet or phone, very common.
What could be said as good ? Not much! About the only thing that gives enjoyment is women are pretty, but hard to trust. The name of the game here
is $.
is this country crazy, poor, or destitute, you decide. Only the wild country may
be said to be good, pretty, and delightful to one self.
The rest is not recommended.

No, the only time Bolivia tried Summer Time (a.k.a. So Bolivia and Boston have the same time from March to November, but Bolivia is one hour ahead from November to March.
well, before he died he went to Bolivia. there are two theories about how he died:
theory #1: in Bolivia, life for him was no different. butch and sundance were rustling cattle and robbing trains just like in the city, so soon the bolivian police were after them. he ran and hid in a bolivian village, which was soon surrounded by the police. there was a shootout, and both butch and sundance were killed.
theory #2: whenever butch comitted a crime, he always told himself that he was going to be good and keep the law. then he'd comitt another crime and try it again. but his sister said that after one of his crimes he moved to California and actually became a law-abiding citizen.
(personally i like the second one better.)
