There could be one of 3 things happening.

-BOO (Brake On/Off Switch) Unplugged/Malfunction causing the shifter interlock solenoid to not disengage.

I once had someone with large feet kick the BOO switch wire off, preventing my vehicle from shifting out of park. If the BOO is faulty it can cause this situation as well.

-Broken wiring or burned fuses

Likelihood of this is possible, but less possible than the BOO being faulty or unplugged.

-Shift interlock solenoid stuck or burned out.

The likelihood of this occurring is least possible as this issue is commonly remedied by replacement or reconnection of the BOO.

It uses the cap on the coolant recovery tank as its "radiator cap".

if you bought the computer from a place like advance auto parts, orelly auto parts, auto zone, then it wouldn't cost that much so i would say around $ 300.00 parts, labor and tax

There's a set of relays on the passenger side of the engine compartment near the firewall. They're for the Fan Control; Blower Motor; AC Compressor; Fuel Pump; ABS and Ignition-Starter.

Not sure if it's the same problem mine had, but there might be a vacuum leak in the PCV pipe. I had that happen when I'd turn a corner or come to a stop light and it would conk-out.

I had a 92 PA that did the same thing. It turned out to be the crank sensor that was temperature sensitive. Later the cam sensor caused the same problem. The failure of either one will cause the engine to die. After the engine cools, it would start again. Reading out the error code should tell if either are bad.

Look where the brake pedal is. See if there's a contact switch that needs adjustment.

If they are broken they need replacing. Start the engine, have someone hold the brake and apply just enough acceleration to cause the engine to be under a strain. If the motor mount is broken the engine will move sideways on it's axis. Look closely at the mount and you can see if it is broken.

Try some 10w40.

It's normally located on a medallion placed near the forward hatch

AC recharge port. is arms length down the left front of car on top of evaporaterator has a blue cap. Is very hard to reach your arm between the radiator and the motor to reach this port. You should get an extention for the recharge hose. I burnt my arm because you have to have the car running to actually put the 134a in.

Underneath near radiator. There is a nipple with a black plastic cover. I recommend accessing this from under the vehicle if hot. The exhaust manifold could cause burns if accessed from above.
