Do sharks live in the Severn river?
It's a very good possibility. It's widely known that several species of shark frequent the bay, particularly in the summer months when salinity is higher. Sandbar sharks and bull sharks have both been encountered that far north in the bay, even at the mouth of the Severn. Sandbars can grow up to 6 feet but are generally smaller in the bay, while Bull sharks can grow up to 11 feet and can tolerate freshwater, so it's entirely possible they inhabit the Severn at the very least on occasion.
Distinctive Features
Bull sharks are very robust-bodied and have a blunt, rounded snout. They are lacking an interdorsal ridge. The first dorsal fin is large and broadly triangular with a pointed apex. They have a significantly smaller second dorsal fin. The pectoral fins are also large and angular. Bull sharks have relatively small eyes as compared to other sharks. This would tend to indicate that vision may not be as important for their survival. This may be due to the often reduced visibility in the waters they frequent.
Coloration
Bull sharks are light to dark gray on the top, fading to white underneath. On younger Bull Sharks the fins have distinctive black tips which eventually fade to a dusky color as they age.

Although I wouldn't advise it, it is very simple. Take a rope, tie it into a lasso, and swim into deep deep water. Once your about to be eaten by a shark after a couple days of treading water to the point where you drown, lasso the sharks fin, and the shark should dive underwater.
At this point, do NOT let go of the rope, otherwise the shark may think that it's not good enough to ride, lowering it's self esteem. The shark may try to bite you, but it's okay because a shark has very small teeth it's bite is not very serious at all, and in any case (as we learned in Jaws, the movie) a punch to the snout will do it in.
Lastly, as the shark is getting tired, put on your spurred boots and swim to the surface, pulling your shark by the lasso. Then you just get on top and ride back to the shore, where you will probably be recognized by the president for completing this impossible task and then date a supermodel. Since this question is presented in three different categories, I will answer the question in two different ways.
For the Cows and Cattle category, you cannot get girl bulls just like you can't get boy cows. Bulls are male intact bovines and in no way are girls, unless you have been looking at some pictures of bulls that look like cows that shouldn't even be bulls in the first place. Cows are mature female bovines, no matter what way you look at them.
For the Bull Shark category, yes, there are female and male bull sharks. For the English Bull Terrier category, the answer is also yes. However I doubt if any of these animals are called bulls much the same way that intact male bovines are called bulls.

Where can you find a bull shark?
They usually prefer warm oceans and seas around the equator and spanning upto the tropic of cancer on one side and the tropic of capricorn on the other. They dont live in cold waters and so, do not have the need to migrate. However, they have been known to swim up rivers. They can survive in both salt and fresh water and have been spotted in both rivers and oceans.
