A telephoto lens would bring a distant image closer.
How does a camera make are lives easier?
It allows us to catch something in the moment and share it with others.
How do you calculate a area covered by a camera lens?
You can't. But I think when the taken photo is on the computer, you can do something about it.
The process you have described is called a grid transfer copying. The grid process has been developed for use in computer imaging as well. It is very useful for comparing proportions and getting the proper scale.
What type of camera has a sensor that converts light into eletrical charges?
Any film camera with a light meter, and every digital camera, has a sensor that will do that.
If you are changing the shutter speed why is the depth of field being affected?
Usually, one would change the aperture to compensate for the change in shutter speed in order to keep the level of exposure the same. Changing the aperture affects the depth of field.
I would go with the 10 mp Samsug, because it's better quality. However I have a camera with a Carl Zeiss lens and it's very good. Bottom line they're both great quality but I would go with the second one.
CMOS is a type of sensor built in to an SLR camera..
Another sensor you may come across is a CCD sensor witch tend to be smaller.
What improvement have been made to the camera over the years?
There films have changed there lenses,
the size,
lots have things have changed about cameras.
there size has changed and the way the picturers come out.
also back then cameras took in black and white but now they take in full color.
Who wrote local boy in the photograph?

Can someone give a suggestion to what camera to buy?
Buying a camera is what I believe is an investment that will bring you many years of service doing what you want it to do.
The purpose of buying this camera is important. What are you using this camera for? Do you need something compact? Do you want 35mm or digital? Do you want a point and shoot or SLR? These things and more need to be put into consideration while making your purchase.
You can't go wrong with Canon or Nikon. I personally am a Canon person. If you are looking for a SLR, both brands offer a wide variety of lenses and aftermarket products by them and other companies. Depending on your budget you will have to decide what you think is value or quality. I've seen nice semi pro SLR camera's out there like the Canon rebel T2i or Nikon D3100. And yes they can be considered professional cameras too. This is if you're starting out and wanting to use photography as a hobby, profession or if you just like having the option of having a nicer model camera.
If you are looking for something less bulky the Canon powershot or Nikon coolpix offer a wide variety of compact point and shoot digital cameras that are really affordable. This is more of a less professional way to go but if you are looking for something simple this is a good route.
This is what I can think of right now as far as advice for purchasing a camera.
Did Herb Ritts take the March 1980 GQ cover photograph of Richard Gere?
No. The GQ March 1980 cover photo of Richard Gere was taken by Jean Pagliuso.
Does a camera save things you delete?
NO ... but if you deleted them on you computer while your camera was linked to it they may be in your trash ...
The camera files use a different file name extension (format) than Windows Movie Maker does. In other words, the camera's files are not compatible with the program.
You can either download the K-Lite Standard Codec Package (Google it). Perhaps the codec package contains the one you need to read the camera file. If that doesn't work, download a free video converter from online and convert the camera file to one compatible with Windows Movie Maker.
If I'm not wrong its not possible for your phone. You need a phone with a Symbian OS 9.1/above. Get a Nokia (Probably Nseries) and buy Mobiola Webcam. It uses your phone back/front camera to use as the webcam. It can reach up to 5.0 megapixels.
We can not answer technical questions like this one without a great deal of additional data. The thing that you suggest would involve software at the camera side, and possibly a connection to a PC or direct to the Internet from the DVR on a dedicated line. It would also involve an image file of a type that could be read by the phone.
There are cameras available that will connect to a wireless router from a distance. It is possible that might be a solution.
We suggest that you contact the manufacturer of your camera and/or DVR to determine what possibilities exist for the specific equipment. Once the camera is online, a connection from your iPhone should not be difficult.
The same information would apply to a motion sensor.
How does analog video tape and video camera cards sore data magnetically?
Most recently, as in analog VHS VCRs, the video signal is impressed onto a radio frequency carrier and that is what is recorded on the tape. Since the tape speed is slow, the signal is fed by a rotary transformer to a drum that turns at 1800RPM. Video heads on the drum receive the signal from the secondary side of the rotary transformer and convey it to the tape with the same mechanics as with an audio tape. Because the frequency is so high for the video carrier, the speed of the moving head versus tape must also be high. This is accomplished by the drum spinning so fast. The tape follows a tilted or helical path along approximately half the circumference of the drum and therefore a helical track is recorded, which is actually appears as a series of physical diagonal tracks on the tape. At the same time, a synchronizing signal is recorded on one edge of the tape with a stationary control head. The synchronizing signal is a series of pulses that tells the servos in the machine whether to speed up or slow down the tape travel speed and head speed (phase). This is evident to the user if there is a tracking problem, as the noise where the head leaves the tape each time around is then visible. Video drums have two (or more) heads so that the tape need only encircle the drum part way. During playback, the head signals are switched so that the head in contact with the tape is connected to the playback circuits. Back to the stationary head - the analog audio tracks are recorded on the opposite edge of the tape from the control track. This is a very simple explanation.

How much is a vivitar 110EF camera worth?
Nothing! Plastic 110 cameras were cheap and nasty when they were new and they aren't very collectible these days.
What is the best camera for concerts?
I got my son a Nikon P60 for Xmas and overall it takes great photos and fairly decent video as long as the recorded source is not excessively loud ( Concert). The best news though is the point and shoot ability to take low light shots. VR or vibration reduction truly helps. We just shot the Creed / Staind concert night before last and as long as you stay out of the digital zoom the shots were great. I would e-mail you or post some examples on this forum but I don't know how. This is my first forum entry. OfficeMax from time to time has this gem of a camera on sale for $99.00. It is 8.1MP and has an electronic viewfinder that allows you to look through the lens rather than just rely on the LCD. Great especially in bright light when LCDs are useless. Have fun!
What important themes are in Margaret Bourke-Whites photography?
Margaret Bourke-Whites was one of the first women to make photographies of industrial themes as fabric design, workers jobs, steel, machines and the modern technology of her time - total industrial plants caught by a view from high positions and many details of production inside a factory. She was able to show the beauty of powerful intelligent planning plus strength of the work to realize those ideas. People admired this as a keen job for a person, especially astonishing this done by a lady.
In later years she became severely ill by Parkinson's disease, to be trembling and stiff in all movement. She met good doctors an fought her own fight against this illness - with remarcable energy and effect she won back her own use of limbs. In this time she used to sleep outdoors of her house in her garden.
Later she wrote a book on her own illness and life.
I read it but I don't have it, so I cannot tell the title of her biography.

Would it be different if a Iranian took a picture then a white guy?
It would be a picture of something the Iranian liked, or was being paid to take a picture of, rather than something the white guy liked. Other than that, no.
