You should clean their cage about once a week. Change the lining every day, or more if needed. I hope you love your budgies, I know I do (:

Long feathers take up a lot of room, and could not develop in the egg. The baby bird's down is a very efficient insulator, which helps conserve energy that it needs to survive and also for its rapid growth. Once it is of a good size and begins to need the longer feathers, they grow in.

Loud noises will startle birds and usually make them fly out of your garage. Remove any nests and block the area where they like to go. You can also keep the doors and windows shut to block their entrance once the birds are out of the garage. This will force them to go somewhere else.
Hi!
Well, i'm no canary training expert, but'll try to help you.
First of all it depends on the canary. I don't think all canaries can be tamed, so don't blame yourself.
Next is patience and work.
A few things i did/do:
- first make sure they're healthy, don't give them food for several days at once, try to give food per day. They also like to bathe. I place a cover over the cage at night so it gets at least 11 hours sleep.
- They need to get used to your presence and not be afraid of you.
- Place your hand near the cage, then in the cage, and wait. Let them calm down. Build it slowly, let them get used to your hand.
-I always feed him his snacks (fruit or bread etc) at the exact same place through the bars (near a stick). When doing this, i'll hold on to the snack until they take it! This will teach them to take food out of your hand. It may take a while though.
- Catching them will also make them used to being touched, but they never like it so don't overdo it.
- I also let the bird fly, it's good for them, they need the exercise. Most of the time he will return to his cage automatically.
- when he is free he's agressive, but not realy affraid, but doesn't like to be touched. With the help of food you can lure him and they are already used to eating out of your hand. The next step is the finger. He wil attack my finger and when placed against his belly he will jump on it. but he never stays on for long.
Hope this helps,
Good luck!

What to do for a baby bird fallen out of nest?
It depends on the age of the bird. If you know for sure its a baby bird, if possible, wait until you see the mother bird. Often if will carry it to a safer place and bring it food until it learns to fly. If it is injured or the mother bird abandons it, call a local bird sanctuary or take the bird there. But be carefull not to stress the baby bird out too much or it will die. What ever you do, do not put the bird back in its nest or touch it. Usually, if not all the time, the mother bird will reject the baby and let it die. Its better not to take the chance. Also it's illegal to take care of a baby bird without an license.
A bird with the letters lublub in it?
Bulbuls (Pycnonotidae) are a family of medium-sized passerine songbirds.
Yes, it's OK to place a fallen baby bird back in the nest. It's a myth parent birds will kill babies that have human scent on them. The parents will care for it if the baby bird isn't ill. Baby birds often end up out of the nest because parent birds "kick" them out due to illness. Seems cruel, but it's how Mother Nature works.
