Two female budgies - fight - separate - bullying?
Two dominate females may fight to the death of one of the two, depending on the severity/seriousness of their fighting (what are they fighting about). Therefore, I'd recommend separating the 2 into individual cages if the fighting is severe enough.

My parakeet won't eat her food - what is the most humane way to destroy her?
Did she just stop eating, or did you just get her? If it is the same food she has always had then there might be a problem. If you have changed her food, that is the problem. A bird learns to eat by watching other birds. That way they don't eat something harmful. A bird will probably not try something new unless you slip it into the food it knows in very small amounts. Eventually, the new food becomes normal.

No. The rooster is the male, the hen is the female. Some rooster breeds do not grow spurs at all.

No, but they may fight with other birds in the aviary. We breed our Fischer Lovebirds in and Aviary, this is called colony breeding. You must provide three nest boxes for every two pairs in the aviary and place them as far enough as possible to prevent fighting.
