First, take the cat to the vet. If there are no urinary tract or otherwise problems, place litter boxes in places where he/she is currently urinating.
If you can't do that (like if your cat is doing his/her business where you have to walk), make the place where he's going as unattractive as possible, and the spot where he's supposed to go as attractive as possible. Turn the place where he's going into a feeding station; he won't do his business near his food. Place the litterbox in a quiet, easily accessible place (young kittens and senior cats don't like going up and down stairs a lot). Remove every bit of evidence of his urine from the place he's been using (don't use cleaning products containing ammonia, they'll smell like pee to the cat and he/she will attempt to cover it by peeing again), also, you can temporarily put aluminum foil in the place where the cat's not supposed to go (they don't like the sound or feel of aluminum foil, so they'll avoid the area.
Also, spraying lemon scent will repel a cat.

its is always better for a cat to be inside... there are alot of things that can harm the kittens( weather, other animals, and bacteria) chances are if they are outside they may not make it and the might become scared of human contact

Yes, first time moms and young moms may be too inexperienced. HOWEVER, her natural instincts should kick in. Be patient with her. Encourage her to lie down; put kittens up to her teats. Pet MOMMA, not the kittens. Encourage her to lick their bottoms (so they pee and poop), or you may need to gently rub downward from belly to pelvis on each kitten to help them go. Hold food and water near momma so she can stay lying down with kitties. Do NOT separate mom from her kittens unless a kit is in danger, too cold, or not eating; if these happen, intervene early. But still try to help momma take care of her own kittens.

In the wild, and house cats are not far descended from their wilder counterparts, cats would cover miles of territory and their day would be filled with hunting, chasing, climbing, territory displays, interactions with other animals, etc. In a house, all of that natural behavior is taken away. Imagine your life if you had to live the rest of it ONLY in your house. You would go insane. And so do cats if they don't get enough stimulation. Their need for affection and play (you remember that 4 am gallop through every room in the house at full speed?) is because their natural behaviors have been taken away from them.

Actually, the biggest mistake was to feed them in the first place. like Javalinas, once you feed them, they don't go away. If you can make it through howling and screeching outside your door all day for a month, okay. Also if you feed just one cat, it can bring the whole clan next time because feral cats travel in groups for nursing and protection.
If you want them to leave do not feed them in the first place!

My cat is outside off and on during the day and she will go after mice or squirrels, but never have I heard of a going after a snake. I suppose anything is possible. Cats as you know are generally nocturnal so who knows what the little rat bags are up too. Once my cat dragged in a hefty rat and scared the heck out of me. She hadn't killed it so I think it was just instincts that made her do it (in the house most of the time) and then she didn't know what to do with it once it was in the house. I threw a towel over the poor frightened rat and threw it back outside. Where I live it's unusual to have rats close to homes, but if you live within 1 - 2 miles from a railroad (I do) they will often go after the grains dropped from the box cars and if this is not available they will go to homes and after bird feeders for the seeds.

AnswerMy cat, which is ''supposed'' to be a ''house'' cat, likes to slip out whenever she can to hunt. It's rather distressing to have to rescue baby rabbits, but I have kids and as far as I'm concerned snakes are fine prey.This past December she dug a young Copperhead out of a hole - my own kids and one of the neighbors kids saw her do it. Fortunately, because it had been hibernating it was too sluggish to fight back and Tenshi (our cat) chewed it up.
Then early this spring she was seen digging a common garter snake out of a hole in our neighbor's yard.
Upon further observation, we discovered that she would prowl the yard during the day - who knows what she does at night - and when she found a hole, she'd stick a paw down in it and fish around. It's hilarious to watch.
Now that it's warm, hopefully the snakes have moved out of their temporary homes. Otherwise, she may be in for an unpleasant, maybe even fatal, surprise.
I wish now that we hadn't had her spayed. I'd love to find some snake hunters and try to breed that trait.
Don't get me wrong I don't hate snakes. I'm not really even frightened of them, except when I'm startled by finding one unexpectedly. But if she's going to keep my yard free of Copperheads...well, I wanna know where to find more cats like her!
AnswerWOW! I've never seen a cat do that. Anyway. the cat probably just smelled the snake underneath it. Snakes aren't very clean animals (frequently rolling in their own poo) so they really stink. Cats (and all house pets) have allergies, just like humans do. Vacuum your carpets frequently and mop your floors. Excess dust around the house makes our cats sneeze and eyes water.
Itsounds like you may have said or done something that he interpreted as a negative to his sexual prowess or even his sense of self. Maybe it wasn't even directed at him. Men have very fragile egos when it comes to sex. If a guy feels he can't be exactly what he perceive his woman wants, he shuts down. A bruised ego is hard for a man to overcome. It's easier to just avoid all sex with his woman than to face the pain. What may seem very minor and insignificant to you may make a world of difference to him. Also, something said at the wrong time can do this. Once when we were making love, my wife mentioned to men that she didn't want me touching her rectal area this time - something she sometimes wanted and sometimes didn't. Although appropriate for us to discuss when not in the middle of making love, it shrunk me right up at that point because of her timing. She felt horrible, and so did I. We talked about it, but it STILL took me awhile to be able to get it up for her again. We decided at that point that - barring something causing pain - we would not ever mention what we don't want while in the midst of making love, only what we DO want. My wife and I are great communicators, and even so, problems happen. For guys who are used to or are not trained to talk about sexual problems, imagine what a difficult situation it is for them. Regardless, your husband sounds very hurt by something. If he can't or won't tell you, it may be best to simply stroke his ego for awhile. What did you used to love about him (not just sexually)? Bring up those things. When you are talking with a friend in front of him, talk about how great he is and be specific. Bring up all those sex emails we all get and laugh and say, "Why would I be interested in stuff like when I have big Jim (or whatever his name is) to please me?"
